How To make Cranberry Eggnog Cheesecake
Crust 1 1/2 Coconut bar cookies
Crushed 6 tb Butter :
melted
Filling 1 c Sugar divided
2 Env unflavored gelatin
1/4 ts Salt
4 Eggs :
separated
1 1/2 c Dairy eggnog
16 oz Cream cheese softened
1 tb Orange peel :
grated
1 t Vanilla
1/2 ts Cream of tartar
1 c Whipping cream
16 oz Jellied cranberry sauce
For crust Preheat oven to 350 oF Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom & part way up sides of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 8-10 min. or until golden.
Cool completely For filling: Combine 1/2 cup sugar, gelatin & salt in a medium-sized heavy saucepan. Beat egg yolks slightly & and combine with eggnog; gradually stir into gelatin i mixture. Cook over low to med heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved & thickened. Do not boil. Remove from heat & cool slightly. Beat cream cheese, orange peel & vanilla until fluffy. Stir in cooked mixture till well blended. Refrigerate until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Beat egg whites and cream of tarter till frothy. Gradually beat in remaining 1/2 c sugar; beat till stiff and glossy. Beat cream until stiff peaks form . Fold whites and whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Puree cranberry sauce in food processor or blender till smooth. Spoon 1/3 of cream cheese mixture into crust. Top with 1/3 cranberry puree. Swirl cranberry mixture into cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Repeat layers twice. Refrigerate Several hours or overnight. To serve: Place cake on serving plate. Loosen sides of cake with a spatula. Carefully remove sides of pan. Refrigerate till serving time. Recipe By :

This is a very easy recipe to make and it will be an amazing addition to your holiday table, and the best part is that it doesn’t require any baking, so your oven can be free for all the other dishes you might be baking.

Cranberry Sauce
3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (300 grams)
3/4 cup granulated sugar (150 grams)
1/2 cup orange juice (from 2 oranges)
4 tbsp orange zest (from 2 oranges)
Crust
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (170 grams)
2 tbsp granulated sugar (25 grams)
7 tbsp melted butter (98 grams)
Cheesecake
1 packet unflavored gelatin (7 grams)
4 tbsp water divided
3 cups softened cream cheese (680 grams, or 3 blocks)
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (396 grams)
1/4 cup lemon juice
Whipped Cream
1/2 cup whipping cream (120 ml)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Sugared Cranberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup fresh cranberries

???? Best Ever! Eggnog Cheesecake Recipe ????
Nothing says Christmas holidays like egg nog... So put some in your cheesecake dessert!
Ever made a cheesecake in your blender? Why not? It's so easy, and the result is light and airy!
Ingredients
1 cup (100g) graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp (25g) granulated sugar (for crust)
3 Tbsp (45g) butter melted
3- 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
3 Tbsp (25g) all-purpose flour
¾ cup (180 mL) eggnog
2 eggs
2 Tbsp (30 mL) rum
½ tsp ground nutmeg
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; then press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9” spring form pan.
Bake 10-15 minutes until light golden, then cool to room temp.
Place eggnog, rum, eggs, flour, sugar, nutmeg, and cream cheese into your blender.
Turn machine on to High or liquify, and blend for 30 seconds or so - until smooth.
Pour mixture into pre-baked crust and bake 45-50 minutes, or until cake is barely firm to the touch.
Cool to room temp and remove ring.
Cover and refrigerate until completely chilled before serving.

Gingerbread Crust
2 cups all-purpose flour (255 grams)
