How To make Cocoa Chocolate Crinkles
1/2 c Shortening
1 2/3 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
6 tb Cocoa
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Milk
1/2 c Nuts
Powdered sugar Cream shortening and sugar. Add vanilla and well beaten eggs. Sift together cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, blending well after each addition. Stir in nuts and chill dough at least 3 hours. Shape chilled dough into small balls. Roll each in powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheet about 2-inches apart. Bake in a 350 degree oven 10-12 minutes. -----

These Chewy and Fudgy Chocolate Crinkle Cookies are so easy to make. The cookie dough are rolled in powdered sugar for a beautiful crackly surface once baked. These cookie is a perfect holiday gift for any cookie lover on your gift list.
INGREDIENTS:
Yield: 40 cookies
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 4 eggs ( room temp )
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* Cover and freeze for 1 to 2 hours or chill overnight
- 1 cup powdered sugar ( for coating )
* Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C for about 10 to 11 minutes.
* Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet
* Cookies stay fresh covered at room temp for up to 1 week

You’ll need:
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 cup powdered sugar + ½ cup (more for coating)
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ¼ cup canola oil/vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs (room temperature)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Makes 12 delicious cookies

:: HELPFUL HINTS ::
* Measure your flour correctly. Adding too much flour will result to dry and crumbly cookies when baked. Fluff your flour with a spoon in the container, spooned it into your measuring cup until full, and use the back of the knife to level it off.

✔️Ingredients
2 large eggs (approx. 55 grams each)
1/4 [60 ml] cup vegetable oil
1 tsp [5 ml] vanilla flavoring
1 cup [200 grams] granulated sugar
1 cup [128 grams] all purpose flour
1/2 cup [50 grams] unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
*powdered sugar for coating
➡️Keep in freezer for 1 hour
or refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
➡️Preheat oven & bake @170C for 12-15 mins
*Baking time may depend on oven specification
