Chocolate Walnut Fudge Recipe | How to Make Chocolate Walnut Fudge
Homemade fudge is impossible to resist and is a perfect treat for serving up around the holidays. It is so incredibly easy to make it may just become your new favorite way to satisfy that sweet tooth!
Learn how to make Chocolate Walnut Fudge.
Serves- 2-4
Ingredients-
1 cup walnuts, chopped
100 gm butter
400gm condensed milk
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp refined flour (maida)
Butter –for greasing
Method-
In a pan, add butter and let it melt.
Add refined flour, condensed milk and mix well.
Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar and mix well.
Cook on low heat till mixture thickens
Add some chopped walnuts and mix well.
Grease a casserole or any dish with butter and pour the thick mixture in it.
Smoothen the surface and add chopped walnuts on top.
Refrigerate till 15 mins and serve.

Ingredients:
400 grams Condensed milk
120 grams Grated Dark chocolate
40 grams salted butter
400 grams toasted walnuts, coarsely crushed
100 grams toasted walnut halves for garnish
Garnish
Red paper
Mint
Icing sugar
Method:
- In a pan, add condensed milk and cook it.
- While condensed milk is cooking, add chopped dark chocolate and allow it to melt completely.
- While the chocolate is cooking, add salted butter.
- On a low flame allow the mixture to boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add coarsely crushed walnuts to this mixture and mix it well.
- Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
- Once cooked, transfer the mixture in to a pan or a mold.
- Tap the mixture in to the mold evenly and decorate it with toasted walnuts.
- Bring it to room temperature or refrigerate it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Delicious Chocolate Walnut Fudge is ready to be served!

Chocolate Walnut Fudge
Fudge generally brings to mind a chewy texture and rich mouth-feel, which make one drool just at the thought of it. This Chocolate Walnut Fudge is sure to live up to your expectations! Made quickly and easily with readily available ingredients, it has an intense flavour, thanks to the combination of condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder. Little bits of walnuts are nothing short of a treasure in every bite, as they are an exciting contrast to the chocolaty sweetness of the fudge!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes.
Cooking Time: 3 minutes.
Serves 4.
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)
½ cup condensed milk
¼ cup butter
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla essence
1. Heat a broad non- stick pan, add the condensed milk, butter, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla essence, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
2. Remove from the flame, add the walnuts and mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture immediately into a 100 mm. × 100 mm. (4” × 4”) greased square aluminium tin and spread it evenly with the help of the back of a spoon, keep aside for 30 minutes or till it cools completely and sets.
Serve immediately or store in an air tight container at room temperature for 2 to 3 days.
