Cream Filled Pizzelles
Crunchy waffle - like pastry that have a creamy filling. It's so tasty!!! JUST REMEMBER TO Work quickly, wrap the hot pizzelles around a clean marker. You won’t be able to shape them into a cylinder if they cool even a little bit, so work really fast. You don’t need to use a marker)
Ingredients: 6 eggs 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup butter, melted 1tsp vanilla extract 2 1/2 cup flour 4tsp baking powder 16oz cream cheese 1/2 can of dulce de leche 4oz heavy cream

Chocolate Pizzelle Cookies are thin, crisp cookies with a just the right amount of chocolate flavor. I particularly enjoy them because they are light and with the added flavor of cocoa powder, they are great snack anytime of day. These cookies originated in Italy and are traditionally flavored with anise. Chocolate Pizzelle cookies have a few ingredients and take only 1 minute to make using a Pizzelle maker! These cookies are sure to wow your guests at your next event or party. They are perfect for charcuterie boards and other party trays too. Here is the recipe: 140g/ 10 tbsp unsalted butter (melted) 200g/ 1 cup granulated sugar 171g/ 3 eggs 250g/ 2 cups all-purpose flour 76g/ ½ cup dark cocoa powder 8g/ 2 tsp baking powder 2g/ ½ tsp chocolate flavoring 2g/ ½ tsp coffee flavoring
