Preparation : 10 Mins
Cooking : 80 Minutes
Serves : 10
Ingredients :

Butter - 200 g
Eggs - 4
Sugar - 1 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 Tsp
Yogurt - 1/2 Cup [ Or Use Sour Cream ]
Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Coco Powder - 1 Tbs
Water - 2 Tbs
Orange Juice - 1/4 Cup

Method:
1. Heat oven to 170°c. Grease and line the base of a loaf tin (8 x 21cm/ 2lb) with baking parchment.
2. Beat the butter & sugar together in a large bowl with an electric whisk or a hand whisk until light in colour and soft.
3. Then add 4 eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In another bowl mix the dry ingredients : Flour, salt and baking powder.
5. Gradually add the flour mix to the wet ingredients and fold in. Add Yogurt in between.
6. Divide the batter to two equal portions.
7. Add Coco powder (Coco powder mixed in water) to one portion and combine.
8. Add Orange Juice and zest to the other batter portion.
