How To make Chocolate Lover's Breakfast Bread
3 c Flour
3 Eggs
2 c Sugar
1 c Oil
1 t Vanilla
1 t Each: ground cinnamon,
Baking Soda and baking powder 1/2 c Sour cream
2 c Shredded zucchini
1 c Semi-sweet chocolate bits
vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in zucchini and chocolate bits. Pour batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

・200g Bread Flour
・20g Cocoa Powder
・20g Sugar
・2g Salt
・3g Dry Yeast
・165g Milk (bring at room temp.)
・20g Unsalted Butter
—Chocolate Filling—
・2 Egg Yolks
・40-60g Granulated Sugar (used 40g in the video)
・30g Plain Flour
・10g Cocoa Powder
・300ml Milk (warm-hot)
・50g Chocolate (sweet chocolate in the video)
—toppings—(optional)
・Milk (for brushing)
・Sliced Almonds
材料 (6−8個)

・ココアパウダー 20g
・砂糖 20g
・塩 2g
・ドライイースト 3g
・牛乳 165g (室温に戻したもの)
・無塩バター 20g
—チョコカスタード—
・卵黄 2個

・薄力粉 30g (ふるったもの)
・ココアパウダー 10g (ふるったもの)
・牛乳 300ml (温めたもの)
・チョコレート 50g (動画内スイートチョコ使用)

・牛乳 適量(塗る用)

1st rise for 40 min 〜 until doubled
2nd rise for 20min 〜 until doubled
(Recommend 30-40℃ /// room temperature is fine but will take longer)
Bake for 16min ~ at 140℃/284°F preheated oven.
1次発酵 40分〜 約2倍になるまで
2次発酵 20分〜 ひとまわり大きくなるまで
(発酵は30度〜40度が適しています/室温の場合発酵時間は記載時間よりも長くなります^^)
140℃に予熱したオーブンで16分〜♩
