1 c Skim milk
1 Egg
1/2 sm Banana;or ripe peeled pear
2 ts Chocolate sauce;recipe below
1/2 ts Vanilla
CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
2 ts Cornstarch
1/2 c Cocoa
2 c -Cold water
8 ts Artificial sweetener granul.
2 ts Vanilla
CHOCOLATE SAUCE Combine cornstarch and cocoa. Whisk into cold water in a saucepan until there are no dry bits. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil. Stir 1 minute until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in sweetener (aspartame is OK) and vanilla and allow to cool. Store in clean jar in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. Makes 12 servings, about 2 1/4 cups. 3 tb serving 12 calories, 2 grams carbohydrate, 1 gram protein,
1++ extra choice (free exchange).
MOCHA SAUCE Substitute 2 cups strong coffee for water. INSTANT brEAKFAST Combine milk, egg, banana, sauce and vanilla in a blender. Blend at high speed 1 min or until frothy. Makes about 1 1/2 cup. 1 serving, 202 calories, 23 g carbohydrate, 14. g protein, 6 g fat 1

Only 50 Calories HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE:
- 80 g (1/3 cup) Skimmed Milk
- 80 g (1/3 cup) Water
- 10 g (1½ tablespoons) Cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp Instant Coffee Powder ( Do not add more than this. It’s just to enhance the chocolate flavor)
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- Sweetner of your choice ( add as much as you like)
- Pinch of Salt
PLEASE READ: To thicken this hot chocolate (and activate the cornstarch), this mixture has to come to a boil. So allow the hot chocolate to come to a boil for 30 seconds, stirring constantly, before taking it off the heat.
This hot chocolate contains between 50-60 cal.
For the skinny “whipped cream”

1 Minute Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe ( Microwave Cookie):
20 g ( 1 ½ tbsp) Butter
25 g ( 1 ¾ tbsp) Sugar
10 g ( ¾ tbsp) Milk
55 g ( ⅓ cup + ½ tbsp) All purpose flour
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
Chocolate Chips ( Add as many as you like )
PLEASE READ: Every microwave is different. The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 minute and 15 seconds. Check the cookie after 1 minute. Once it comes out of the microwave it should be very soft. Allow the cookie to cool slightly for 5 minutes to allow it to set before eating. Enjoy warm. DO NOT over bake! Please be precise and use the exact amounts in the recipe.

Breakfast that tastes like dessert. These are my healthier 4 Ingredient fudgy overnight oats. Jan 3,2021 is the one year mark since I posted these overnight oats that went viral on my social media pages. In 365 days I gained over 270,000 new friends on Instagram and 850,000 on TikTok and I couldn’t be more grateful for you all. Thank you for being here and being the bestest friend a girl could ask for. This recipe makes one portion and you will need:
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats — I use quick cooking but any rolled oats work
1/2-1 tablespoon maple syrup or any sweetener you like
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any you love
**Please Note: Protein powder is optional but you will probably need a touch more milk. I added shaved dark chocolate on top for presentation but you can also add some cacao nibs as well. Feel free to improvise and make it to taste. Minimum of 3 hours in the fridge or even overnight and it will last for 3-5 days so you can definitely prep ahead. i don’t like to count calories as different brands hold different values but mine were 250 calories total. You can eat them cold which is what I do or heat them up but you might need a touch more milk if you do.
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or even a bowl if you don’t have a mason jar.
Give it a really good stir and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or until it’s nice and pudding- like.
Feel free to prep ahead and enjoy.

4. Lastly, add the chia seeds and stir well. Refrigerate it for atleast 4 hrs or overnight
5. Once the mixture becomes thick, top it up with chopped bananas and cocoa nibs.
6. And your healthy dessert is readyy !
