CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT CHEESECAKE #shorts
FULL RECIPE Crust • 9oz chocolate graham crackers • 5 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, melted
Ingredients • 32oz cream cheese (at room temp) • 1 cup granulated sugar • 1 tbsp vanilla extract • 5 eggs • 1 cup heavy cream • 1 cup hazelnut butter • 3.5oz melted dark chocolate
Preparation • Preheat your oven to 400°F • Mix your graham cracker crumbs and butter, then spread across evenly in a springform cake pan. • Use a food processor to blend your hazelnuts until the butter forms • In a large bowl, whip your cream cheese, hazelnut butter, melted chocolate, sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy • Add in your eggs and heavy cream, mix until smooth and creamy • Pour your cheesecake mix into the prepared crust and bake for 40 minutes! • Let cool completely and refrigerate over night • Slice, serve and enjoy!
