How To make Chocolate Cheesecake with Chocolate Wafer Crust
CHOCOLATE WAFER CRUST:
1 pk Chocolate wafers (8 1/2-oz)
2 tb Unsalted butter; melted
FILLING:
1 tb Butter or margarine
3 oz Unsweetened chocolate
9 oz Semisweet chocolate
4 pk Cream cheese (3-oz)
- softened 2 tb Vanilla
1 c Whipping cream
6 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar (up to double amount)
Whipped cream (optional) To make crust, crush wafers. Add melted butter to make crumbly dough. Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Set aside. To make filling, melt butter in top of double boiler over hot water. Add chocolates and heat until melted, stirring until smooth. Beat cheese until creamy. Add vanilla and whipping cream. Stir in chocolate mixture. Beat eggs with sugar and slowly beat into chocolate mixture. Turn into crust and bake at 350F 40 to 45 minutes, or until cake puffs slightly in center. Cool, then chill thoroughly before unmolding. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.

Mint Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe:
Step 1
Break the cookies into small bits with a blender. Add butter, sugar and salt, then blend them thoroughly to get a fine crust.
Step 2
Evenly press the crust into a baking sheet and bake it for 15 minutes at 350ºF in a preheated oven. When it’s done, let it cool.
Step 3
Mix 8 oz cream cheese, 4 oz sour cream and 4 oz sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer.

For the crust:
20 chocolate wafer cookies
3 tbsp melted unsalted butter
3 tbsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
8 oz melted milk chocolate
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz sugar
4 oz sugar

2 oz sour cream
2 large eggs
1/4 cup white Creme de menthe
3 drops of green food colouring

EASY Mini Cheesecakes! Mini cheesecake recipe - No bake VS Baked

- 30 g Melted Butter ( 2 1/2 tbsp)

CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE BAKING
Hey guys! In this video I made chocolate cheesecake. I have had regular homemade vanilla cheesecake before, but I hadn't had homemade chocolate cheesecake. It turned out good, but the crust wasn't very good. The crust was really stiff and tasted weird. I would recommend graham cracker crust rather than the wafer crust.
By the way, let the cheesecake cool for 1 hour outside of the fridge. Then, refrigerate it overnight.
