How To make Chocolate Cereal Sandwiches
Filling: 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c Powdered sugar
2 tb Margarine
1 tb Water
1/4 ts Vanilla
Bars: 5 c Mini marshmallows
1/2 c Peanut butter
1/4 c Margarine
1/4 c Light corn syrup
5 c Coco puffs cereal
Grease 9x13" pan. In small saucepan, combine all filling ingredients except vanilla; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in vanilla; set aside. In large saucepan, combine marshmallows, peanut butter, margarine and corn syrup; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. Remove from heat. Add cereal; stir until well coated. With metal spatula, spread half of cereal in greased pan. Spread filling over cereal mixture. Press remaining cereal mixture over top. Refrigerate at least 10 minutes. Cut into bars. -----

170g all purpose flour
40g sugar (vanilla sugar)
1 spoon baking powder
300ml milk
1 egg
Instructions:
1.mix in the separate bowl dry and wet ingredients. Then mix together
2.pour the pancake batter into sauce bottle.
3.medium pan, low-medium heat, pour little bit of the batter, and repeat until the pan is full- make it as wuick as possible.
4.let it cook aprox 1-2min (just check when it's golden brown), and turn on the other side (probably you'll have to do it one by one ????)
5.topp with fruit and syrup of your choice????????????

KETO CHOCOLATE GRANOLA
Serves: 6
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener
2 tablespoons brown sugar free sweetener
1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 egg whites
1️⃣ To a large bowl, add macadamia nuts, chopped pecans, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and hemp hearts. Stir together with sweeteners and cocoa powder. Set aside.
2️⃣ In a medium bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add beaten egg whites to the nut and seed mixture and mix until combined.
3️⃣ Evenly spread granola mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool completely at room temperature until the granola hardens. Break into bite sized pieces. Store in an air tight container.

-Badam (Almonds) 40g
-Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1
-Makhan (Butter) melted 2-3 tbs
-Brown sugar powdered 1/3 Cup or to taste
-Warm water ¼ Cup
-Instant coffee 1 tsp
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 1 Cup & 1 tbs
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup (30g)
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Namak (Salt) 1 pack
Directions:
-In a grinder,add almonds & grind to make powder (approx. 1/3 Cup) & set aside.
-In a bowl,add egg white,butter,brown sugar & whisk well.
-In warm water,add instant coffee & mix well.
-In a bowl,add dissolved coffee,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Add wheat flour,cocoa powder,almond powder,baking soda,salt & mix well until dough is formed (add more flour if needed).
-Shape the cereal mixture into small balls & place them onto a baking sheet.
Option # 1: Oven Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
-In the middle of the baking time,mix the cereal a little,so that it cooks evenly & doesn’t burn.
Option # 2: Pot Baking
-In a pot,place steam stand/wire rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 10 minutes.
-Bake in pot on medium flame for 18-20 minutes.
-In the middle of the baking time,mix the cereal a little,so that it cooks evenly & doesn’t burn.
-Let them cool at room temperature.
-Store in a tightly covered container in a cool & dry place for up to 1 month.
-To serve: Add 1/2 cup of cereal to a bowl along with your favorite choice of milk.
