How To make Chocolate Cereal Sandwiches
Filling: 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c Powdered sugar
2 tb Margarine
1 tb Water
1/4 ts Vanilla
Bars: 5 c Mini marshmallows
1/2 c Peanut butter
1/4 c Margarine
1/4 c Light corn syrup
5 c Coco puffs cereal
Grease 9x13" pan. In small saucepan, combine all filling ingredients except vanilla; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in vanilla; set aside. In large saucepan, combine marshmallows, peanut butter, margarine and corn syrup; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. Remove from heat. Add cereal; stir until well coated. With metal spatula, spread half of cereal in greased pan. Spread filling over cereal mixture. Press remaining cereal mixture over top. Refrigerate at least 10 minutes. Cut into bars. -----

Ingredients:
-Badam (Almonds) 40g
-Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1
-Makhan (Butter) melted 2-3 tbs
-Brown sugar powdered 1/3 Cup or to taste
-Warm water ¼ Cup
-Instant coffee 1 tsp
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 1 Cup & 1 tbs
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup (30g)
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Namak (Salt) 1 pack
Directions:
-In a grinder,add almonds & grind to make powder (approx. 1/3 Cup) & set aside.
-In a bowl,add egg white,butter,brown sugar & whisk well.
-In warm water,add instant coffee & mix well.
-In a bowl,add dissolved coffee,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Add wheat flour,cocoa powder,almond powder,baking soda,salt & mix well until dough is formed (add more flour if needed).
-Shape the cereal mixture into small balls & place them onto a baking sheet.
Option # 1: Oven Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
-In the middle of the baking time,mix the cereal a little,so that it cooks evenly & doesn’t burn.
Option # 2: Pot Baking
-In a pot,place steam stand/wire rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 10 minutes.
-Bake in pot on medium flame for 18-20 minutes.
-In the middle of the baking time,mix the cereal a little,so that it cooks evenly & doesn’t burn.
-Let them cool at room temperature.
-Store in a tightly covered container in a cool & dry place for up to 1 month.
-To serve: Add 1/2 cup of cereal to a bowl along with your favorite choice of milk.

-Cereal mixture ki small balls bana lein & baking sheet per rakh dein.

-Baking ka doran cereal ko nikal ker mix ker ker lein.
Option # 2: Pot Baking
-Pot mein stream stand/wire rack rakh dein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 10 minutes kliya preheat ker lein.
-18-20 minutes kliya darmiyani ancch per pot bake ker lein.
-Baking ka doran cereal ko nikal ker mix ker ker lein.
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein.
-1 month kliya tightly covered container mein dal ker store ker saktay han (cool & dry place).
-To serve: 1/2 cup cereal aur doodh ko bowl mein dal ker serve karein.

EASY CEREAL BARS
Servings: 12
INGREDIENTS
1 cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey
3 cups cornflakes
2 cups puffed rice cereal
½ cup raisins
¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
PREPARATION
Pour the peanut butter and honey into a bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
Mix in the corn flakes, puffed rice cereal, and raisins. Transfer mixture to a parchment-lined 8x8 baking pan. Chill until firm.
Cut bars into sizes of your choice, wrap in parchment paper, and store in a sealed ziplock in the fridge or freezer for up to months.

Easy and Quick to Make
6 cups of sweetened cereal
4 Tablespoons butter
10 oz. plus 1 cup marshmallows
1 lb. chocolate 1 Tablespoon of shortening
Melt butter in large pan, add marshmallows till melted
Stir till all combined
Spray a 13x9 pan Pour mixture into pan and smooth evenly
Allow to cool
Melt Chocolate and shortening in a small bowl in microwave till smooth.
Drizzle over treat bars, or cut into squares and dip bottoms of treat bars. Allow to set
