How To make Chili Con Carne Winchester
2 T Vegetable oil
1/3 c Chopped onion
1/3 c Chopped green pepper
1 lb Ground beef
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 cn Stewed tomatoes (1 lb)
2 cn Kidney beans, drained (15oz)
1 cn VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables,
-with liquid (16 oz) 1. Heat oil in 3-quart pot. Add onion and green pepper and cook until soft.
2. Add ground beef, garlic, stewed tomatoes, and kidney beans. Bring to
boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. 3. Stir in VEG-ALL and cook 10 minutes longer.

Hot Tamale Meatballs
This is a great alternative for traditional meatballs. It looks like regular meatballs, tastes like hot tamales. Yummo!
Sauce:
46 oz V8 juice
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons salt
Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb pork sausage
1 ½ cups yellow cornmeal
½ cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 -1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
¾ cup V8 juice
In a large pot, combine sauce ingredients and allow to simmer for 30 minutes
In a large bowl, mix meatball ingredients. Scoop out walnut size meatballs. Gently place in sauce and cook for about 60 minutes.

FIRE CHICKEN CURRY
RECIPE BELOW:
Hey, we're back! Bringing you some of the best curry we've ever made. You can follow our spices and ingredients as a baseline and experiment with it. For example, you can use different peppers or protein that you enjoy eating or even change up the sweetness component- say you add in some tamarind or brown sugar or agave. The World is Yours!!
Gather together and prep your ingredients first for ease and a light clean up!

* Make with rice and/or naan bread
INGREDIENTS (4-5 Servings):
1.5-2 lbs Chicken Thighs or Breasts, cubed
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Cup Carrots, thinly chopped
2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
2-3 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Garam Masala (optional)
2-3 Tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1 Can Coconut Milk
1-3 Tbsp Gochujang Red Chili Paste (optional)
1 Tbsp Honey (optional)
1 small Bunch Cilantro
1/2-1 Lime, squeezed
Salt and Pepper To Taste
