One-Pan Chicken, Sausage, Peppers, and Potatoes Chisaupepo - Food Wishes
One of my favorite things to do is take complicated, labor-intensive dishes, and create simplified, more approachable versions any home cook can pull off. But sometimes, we take an already simple and easy recipe, and making even more so. Don’t worry; you still get to call it “chisaupepo.” Enjoy!

Chicken sausage masala -chicken sausage curry -Masala franks - sausage curry - spicy chicken sausage
Ingredients:
Chicken sausages – 10
Onion sliced – 1
Tomato chopped – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chili – 3
Coriander leaves – a hand full
Red chili powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – half tsp
Jeera powder – quarter tsp
Garam masala powder – half tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil – quarter cup
Method:
Cut sausages in small slices. Put oil in wok and fry onion for 2 to 3 minutes. add sausages to it and fry on high flame for about 2 to 3 minutes again. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Then add all the powdered masala to it and saute. Then add chopped tomatoes and add half cup water. Add salt and cover and cook for 5 minutes or until water evaporates. Now add green chili and coriander leaves. Cook for a minute and serve hot with white rice.

Leftover Jambalaya will last for up to 4-5 days if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator or up to 4-6 months in the freezer.
Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya Ingredients
Instructions
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil, divided
1.5 lbs. Chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
3 - 4 Andouille link sausage cut into ½-inch slices
2 cups Sweet Onion finely chopped
1 cup Celery finely chopped
1 cup Green Bell Pepper finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic crushed or 2 tbsp minced Garlic
4 tsp Creole Kick (creole seasoning)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. can Tomato Paste
15 oz. can Diced Tomatoes with juice
2 ½ cups Long Grain White Rice
4 ½ - 5 cups Chicken Broth
Fresh Parsley for garnish
If you don't have Creole Kick or a Creole seasoning use the following seasons
1 tsp. Thyme, dried
1 tsp. Basil, dried
¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. Pepper divided

2 cups white rice
