1/4 c Chili powder
4 ts Ground cumin
2 ts Pure ground chili
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 lb Spicy smoked sausage

As andouille 2 Whole chicken breasts :
Boned, skinned, spli 2 lg White onions diced
3 Cloves garlic :
minced
6 lg Tomatillos husked :
diced
4 Anaheim or poblano chili
Peppers, or 2 green Peppers :
diced 2 sm Red bell peppers diced
2 Jalapeno chili peppers :
Minced 2 cn (28 oz each) tomatoes
Chopped 1 c To 2 cups beef :
or chicken
Broth 1/3 c Tomato paste
4 cn (16 oz each) beans
Preferably a mix of Pinto :
black and Navy beans -- rinsed
1. Combine chili powder, cumin, ground chili and salt
in a small dish; set aside. 2. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven. Add sausage and
chicken; cook until chicken is no longer pink; remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add onion, garlic and half of reserved seasoning mixture. Cook over medium heat until onions begin to soften, about 5 minutes. 3. Add tomatillos, peppers, jalapeno, tomatoes and
their liquid, 1 cup of broth and tomato paste; heat to a boil. Reduce heat and add chicken, sausage and beans. Cook gently, partially covered, for 30 minutes. Ingredients
1 cup chicken sausages
2 medium onion
1 green chili
1/4 cup capsicum cubed
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
pepper powder
salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped green chilli and sliced onion.
Sauté till translucent.
Add chopped capsicum and sausages.
Fry until it turns brown.
Add turmeric (optional for colour) and salt.
Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add pepper powder, mix and put off the flame.

Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
13 oz. Cajun andouille sausage (can sub Turkey sausage)
1 1/2 cups med-long grain rice
2 celery stalks, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
4 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2cup crushed or diced tomatoes
28 oz. Chicken broth
1 Tbsp avocado oil
2 Tbsp all purpose seasoning
2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Green onions for garnish

No need for the heater when this chili is for dinner! Whether it's a blustery autumn afternoon or a cold wintery night, warm up with our Hot Italian Sausage Chili. Get cooking with the full recipe today:
Ingredients:
1 package Premio Hot Italian Sausage, removed from casings
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 pound ground beef
1 medium green pepper, diced
3 ribs of celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of chili beans
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 can of petite diced tomatoes with chilies
1 cup water
Season with chili seasoning, cumin, salt, and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to pan and saute ground beef and Premio sausage until brown.
2. Place sausage and beef mixture into slow cooker (make sure slow cooker has warmed).
3. In the same pan, add remaining oil. Saute pepper, celery, onion and garlic over medium heat until translucent; add to slow cooker.
4. Add beans, tomatoes, chili seasoning, cumin, salt and pepper to slow cooker.
5. Cook on low for 4 hours for flavors to blend.
6. Serve with crackers, shredded cheese and sour cream.
