How To make Chicken Vegetable Casserole
Waldine Van Geffen (vghc42a) 2 cups Cooked
chopped chicken
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts :
(4-oz) chop
1 package Frozen mixed veggies
2/3 cup Grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon Curry powder
1/4 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
Combine soup, mayo, chestnuts, lemon juice, mustard and curry powder for sauce. Mix well. In 1-1/2 quart casserole, layer half veggies, chicken, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Top with bread crumbs. (Freeze if desired at this point) Preheat oven to 375, thaw casserole and bake approx 1 hour or until heated through.

Easy Chicken Casserole Recipe | How To Make Chicken Casserole | Chicken In White Sauce
Chicken Casserole is a one-pot American chicken recipe made with chicken, vegetables, milk, butter and flour. Chicken Casserole is a heartwarming dish perfect for an appetite quenching dinner. Chicken is seared in a pan with butter. Garlic and mushrooms are added and sauteed for a few minutes. Flour is added to the mushrooms followed by milk. The sauce is seasoned with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, cheese and worcestershire sauce. Chicken, spinach and cherry tomatoes are added and mixed well. Chicken along with sauce is transfer to a baking dish and baked to perfection until cooked and the sauce has thickened. Chicken Casserole is best served piping hot.
Chicken is the most consumed protein in the world and liked by most non-vegetarians. This chicken casserole is cooked in the white sauce along with spinach, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Creamy Vegetable Casserole Recipe
An easy and delicious cheese vegetable casserole that everyone will love!
1 cauliflower
1 pepper
3 carrots
1 zucchini
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Roast vegetables for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Cream mixture:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 & 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Italian parsley (optional)
Bake the vegetables mixed with the cream mixture for 15 more minutes or until golden on top.
