How To make Chicken Stuffed Shells
4 c Large shell pasta cooked
4 Large boned chicken breast
1 tb Italian seasoning
1 ts Ground fennel
2 ds Ceyene pepper
5 Turns pepper (about 1 ts)
2 Cloves garlic
1 lb Spinach
cook the pasta and cool pound the chicken to a pulp, cook with everything except pasta and spinach, put this mess in the food processor (blender) {drippings and all} set for destroy, proceed to make a firm paste, add spinach and destroy for 30 seconds. carefully spoon into shells (I use a baby food spoon) place shells into a baking dish, bake for 10 mins at 300 (until all liquid is gone and the chicken is starting to get crusty around the edges. cover with your favorite sauce and enjoy (I like alfredo for this dish) Submitted By WILLIAM BLAYLOCK On MON, 12-13-93 (01:21)

Tomato Sauce:
1 onion
2 celery stalks
5 garlic cloves
1/4cup olive oil
58 oz San Marzano tomatoes
2 stems basil
1 tbsp dry oregano
1 pack jumbo pasta shells
2 chicken breast
2 garlic
1 tsp dry oregano
1/4 cup dry white wine
3 tbsp olive oil
1lb mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
1 large egg
1/2 bunch parsley
3 tbsp italian bread crumbs

Stuffed Chicken Shells:
2 Large Chicken Breasts cooked and cut into small pieces
1 Package Stove Top Stuffing prepared according to the package
1/2 C Mayo
16 cooked Jumbo Shells c
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Chicken Broth
Mix together chicken breasts, stuffing and Mayo. Stuff into shells (approx 2 tablespoons/shell) and place in a a baking dish. (I use an 8x8 size pan) Once they are all in the pan, combined soup with broth and pour over the stuffed shells. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

The best Ginger Kisses are the perfect Valentines kisses as well. So today I'm going to make Ginger Kisses even easier and tastier than before. The only thing I had to go out and buy for this recipe was golden syrup. Most people will have all of the ingredients in their pantry.... so let's get cooking.......

Ingredients: Ginger Kisses : The Perfect Valentines Kisses :
1 & 1/4 cups of self raising flour
3 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
75 grams of butter
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbsp golden syrup
2 eggs beaten
The filling:
65 grams of butter
3/4 cup of icing sugar (powdered sugar)
1 tbsp golden syrup

2c heavy cream

**Three-Cheese Stuffed Shells with Chicken**
__INGREDIENTS__
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ shallot, diced
1 cup leeks, sliced
12 oz. jumbo shells
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups (8 oz.) Fontina Cheese
1 ½ cup chicken, chopped
½ cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
2 large eggs, beaten
3 cups marinara sauce
½ cup heavy cream
_DIRECTIONS_
Heat oven to 375. In a large skillet, melt the butter in the oil. Add shallots and leeks, cook over medium heat, cook and stir until lightly browned (about 7-10 minutes).
Transfer mixture to a bowl and let cool.
Meanwhile, in a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and cool under running water. Pat shells dry.
In a large bowl, fold together ricotta, 1 cup of the Fontina, chicken, sundried tomatoes, parsley, shallot-leek mixture.
Season with salt and pepper. Then, stir in the eggs.
In another bowl, mix together marinara sauce and heavy cream. Pour ½ marinara sauce into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Stuff each shell with a one round tablespoon of the filling. Place stuffed shells in baking dish.
Drizzle remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with the remaining Fontina cheese.
Bake the shells until golden, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes.
