chicken legs, thighs and/or breasts

teaspoon
ginger, ground
1/2
teaspoon
chili powder

tablespoon
butter
16
oz
whole tomatoes
1
each
onion, chopped
4
oz
mushrooms, sliced, drained
1
each
garlic clove, minced
1 1/2
teaspoon
salt
2
teaspoon
paprika
1/2
cup
heavy cream
Directions:
Rinse the chicken parts and pat dry. Melt the butter in a skillet. Brown the chicken on all sides in the butter. Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Combine all the other ingredients except the cream together. Mix well. Pour over the chicken. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Stir in the heavy cream just before serving. Serve over hot spaghetti.

Chicken Schnitzel Recipe | How to Make Chicken Schnitzel
The crispiest homemade chicken schnitzel ❤️
For 2 people you will need:
1 chicken breast cut in half
Salt and cracked pepper
1/4 cup potato flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
Vegetable oil, for shallow frying
Carefully slice your chicken breast in half.
Give it a good bang with a rolling pin or an empty wine bottle until its half a cm thick.
Next, generously sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
Now Coat it in potato flour, then the lightly beat egg and then the panko crumbs.
Heat your oil over medium heat and when hot, fry for 6 minutes, flipping half way.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
