8 Chicken Legs or Thighs And/Or Breasts 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
ground 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder 3 tablespoons Butter 16 ounces Whole Tomatoes 1 large Onion :
Chopped 4 ounces Mushrooms
Sliced & Drained 1 clove Garlic :
Minced 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 2 teaspoons Paprika Rinse the chicken parts and pat dry. Melt the butter in a skillet. Brown the ch icken on all sides in the butter. Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Combine all the other ingredients except the cream together. Mix well. Pour over the c hicken. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Stir in the heavy cream just before serv ing. Serve over hot spaghetti. from the slowcooker list

I tried alot of different fried chicken recipes over the years and hands down, this is the best that I have tried so far....Well done Snoop Dogg!
Ingredients: Brine. Add 5 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add sugar, salt, bay leaf, red pepper flakes and orange peel into the pot. Stir till the sugar and salt dissolve then leave it to cool down. Make sure it is cooled down before pouring it into the chickens.
Place the chickens into a container, and pour the brine to cover all the chickens. Marinate in the fridge for 10-12 hours or 24hours.
1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup kosher salt 1 bay leaf 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 orange peel
This brine is good for 4 pounds of chicken wings.
Batter Mix all dry ingredient together. 2 cups flour 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/4 crushed potato chips 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp salt
To dip the chicken before putting it in the flour mixture. 2 cups buttermilk
1) Once chicken is marinated, discard the brine. 2) Heat up oil to fry the chicken 3) Submerge the chicken into the buttermilk 4) Roll it into the flour mixture 5) Place the chicken on a wire rack or pan and let it dry for 20 - 30mins before frying 6) Over medium heat, fry the chicken for about 8-10mins or till it turn golden. (temperature to fry 177C / 350F)
