How To make Chicken Gravy with Mushrooms
2 tb Butter, margarine or
2 tb Chicken fat
2 tb Flour
Salt and pepper 1 c Chicken stock or broth
4 oz Sliced mushrooms, drained
1. Melt butter in a deep, 1-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic
casserole in Microwave Oven 30 seconds. 2. Blend in flour and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until
smooth. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned. 3. Gradually stir in chicken stock. Add mushroom slices; stir to
combine. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until
gravy is thickened and smooth. Stir every 60 seconds during cooking. Makes 1 cup

Chicken with mushroom gravy is so satisfying and comforting! I use chicken thighs which comes out nice and tender, and the savory mushroom gravy is perfect spooned over rice or mashed potatoes!!
Chicken With Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
1 3/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and sliced in half
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
Directions.
Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
Reserve 1 1/2 tablespoons flour and place the rest of the flour into a shallow dish. Dredge each piece of chicken into the flour.
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat.
Brown chicken about 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. (It doesn’t need to be cooked through at this point it will finish cooking in the sauce.)
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
Stir in the reserved 1 1/2 tablespoons flour.
Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, Worcester sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Return chicken back to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Chicken in Mushroom gravy
Ingredients
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Mushroom - 250 gms
Olive Oil
Pepper
Salt
Italian seasoning - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Chopped Garlic Cloves

Buy Olive Oil at
Buy Butter at
Method:
1.Pressure cook the chicken with about ½ cup of water, salt and pepper for 4 or 5 whistles.
2.To make the gravy: Take some olive oil in a pan, add some butter, garlic, mushrooms, salt pepper and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
3.Pour the chicken stock into the pan (Chicken stock gives the flavor to the gravy). Cook the mushroom in the chicken stock.
4.Dissolve some corn flour in water and add to the gravy to thicken it.
5.Add the cooked chicken to the gravy and let it simmer for few minutes.
Delicious Chicken in Mushroom Gravy is ready to serve

Chicken Mushroom Masala Ingredients -
To Marinate Chicken -
-250 gms Boneless Chicken (cut into cubes)

- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic ( finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger (minced)
To Make Chicken Mushroom Masala
- 2 tbsp Oil

- Juice Of 1/2 Lemon

Growing up we would often look in kitchen and put items together for our family dinners. This video is one of our dinners that we would make. My family still enjoys it today!
In the video i cooked 3 pieces of chicken. You can make more if you like!
Recipe;
For the cast iron skillet: 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter & 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper for taste
The gravy: 1 (10.5oz) can of cream of mushroom soup & 1 can of milk after you brown the chicken on both sides cook in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit for bone less skin less chicken.
If you choose to use chicken with the skin on and bone in then you want to cook it for 50 min. to 1 hour at 350 degrees fahrenheit.
I always put the chicken and gravy on top of rice, you can use noodles or you don't even have to put it on anything!
