????Chicken & Dumplings:
• 6-8 chicken Legs or thighs
• 1(10.5-oz) can Cream of Chicken with herbs Soup
• 1(10.5-oz) can Cream of Onion Soup
• 1 (10.5-oz) can Cream of Celery Soup
• 4-6 cups Water (with added Chicken bullion to taste)
• 1 tsp badia complete
• Seasoning to your taste (salt,pepper, etc)
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1/2 -1 cup shredded carrots
• 1/2 - 1 cupof heavy whipping cream
• 1 (24 oz)package of Anne's frozen flat dumplings
Directions:
Add water to large Dutch oven or stock pot (add in chicken bullion and Seasonings). Let boil until chicken is cooked through . Once cooked through remove chicken and let cool, then pull chicken from bones and set aside.
To your chicken broth, and in the shredded carrots and cook for about 10 minutes *Note: you might need to add in some more more if some has cooked out*- then add in dumplings (I break mine into smaller pieces) a little at a time and stir to make sure they don't stick together to much. Once you have added in all the dumplings, add pulled chicken back into pot along with the garlic. Then add in all the soups (you can mix the 3 soups together first). Stir until well mixed.
Next add in your heavy whipping cream , stir until mixed well. Then add in your butter.
Stir amd let simmer until thickened.
Once they have cooked for about 30 minutes you can serve them on up and enjoy!

Kali Mirch Chicken Recipe by Food Fusion

Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 250g
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Chicken mix boti 750g
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 6-8
-Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 15-16
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Laung (Cloves) 5-6
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,black pepper crushed,cumin seeds,salt,garam masala powder,lemon juice & whisk well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,ginger,green chillies,mix well & sauté until onions are translucent.
-Add cashew nuts,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame for a minute.
-Let it cool then blend to make a paste & set aside.
-In the same wok,add cooking oil,cinnamon sticks,cloves & mix well.
-Add marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add blended paste,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves,black pepper crushed,cardamom powder,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tender (18-20 minutes) & stir in between then cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Sprinkle black pepper crushed,fresh coriander & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil,pyaz,lehsan,adrak aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz ko translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Kaju dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein aur blend ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein cooing oil,darchini aur laung dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Kasuri methi,kali mirch crushed,elaichi powder aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gul janay kliya paka lein (18-20 minutes),bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Kali mirch crushed aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!

Ingredients for Chicken Handi :
- Boneless Chicken, cut into cubes- 500 gms
- Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Onions, fine chopped- 1 big (100 gms)
- Tomatoes, chopped- 4 small (200 gms)
- Green Chillies, cut into big pieces - 3 nos
- Ginger, julienned- 1 tbsp
- Coriander, chopped for garnish- 3 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
- Cumin seeds- 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp (Link to our Garam Masala Recipe:
- Crushed Black Pepper- 1/4 tsp
- Dry Fenugreek Leaves, dry roasted & powdered- 1 tsp
- Whisked Curd or Yogurt- 2 tbsp
- Fresh Cream- 4 tbsp
- Oil- 4 tbsp
Preparation:
- Clean & wash the chicken fillets and pat dry. Cut into one inch cubes.
- Chop the onion, tomatoes and coriander leaves, julienned the ginger and cut the 3 green chillies into small pieces.
- Dry roast and powder the Kasuri Methi (Dry Fenugreek leaves), set aside.
Process:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a flat pan and add the ginger garlic paste. Fry on low heat for 1 minute and add the chicken cubes along with 1 tsp salt. Mix and fry on high to medium heat for 3-4 mins. Take it out and set aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan and add the chopped onions. Fry on medium heat for 5-6 mins till light brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes & 1/4 tsp salt and cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins till soft.
- Now add the Turmeric, Red Chilli and Coriander powders, mix and add a splash of water.
- Continue to cook for around 3 mins on medium to low heat till oil separates.
- Add the fried chicken cubes and fry on medium heat for 5 mins till water dries up and oil separates.
- Now switch off heat and add the whisked curd/ yogurt. Mix well and cook on low heat for 2 mins till oil separates.
- Add 50 ml water, mix well and cook covered on low heat for 10 mins till the chicken is tender and oil separates.
- Now add the crushed black pepper, garam masala powder and roasted & powdered Kasuri Methi. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 mins.
- Now add the green chilli pieces and ginger juliennes, give a mix and then add the fresh cream. You can add few tablespoons water if required.
- Give a mix and simmer for 2-3 mins till oil separates.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.

3 tbsp (44 ml) soy sauce
