How To make Chicken'N Stuffing
8 oz Pkg. stuffing mix
2 1/2 lb Whole chicken
1/2 ts Browning sauce
1/2 c Water
1/2 ts Chicken bouillon granules
Paprika 2 tb Flour
Clean chicken. Prepare stuffing mix following package directions. Stuff chicken, secure wings and legs to chicken body with string. Combine browning sauce, water and bouillon. Place chicken in Tender Cooker, pour water mixture over chicken, sprinkle with paprika. If breast bone is near the top of the cooker, cover with a narrow piece of foil. Cover pot, add regulator and microwave on high for 25 minutes. Let pressure drop, remove chicken and thicken gravy by mixing flour with a little water and microwaving on high for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring at least once. 5-6 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 medium onion
1/2 cup chicken stock or water
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 cup heavy cream (sub fresh cream)
Olive oil
Butter
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper (as needed)
*1 chicken stock cube (if using water)

FAQ:
• Why lime juice?
As wine is not used in this recipe, lime juice is added for acidity (sourness). Otherwise the sauce might seem too rich
• When to add salt to the sauce?
Add salt towards the end as stock/stock cubes have added salt. I did not find the need to add more salt
• What else can be added to the dish?
Mushrooms, broccoli, bacon, spinach and parmesan cheese can also be added for additional flavor
• What to pair with the dish?
Pasta, steamed veggies, mashed potatoes, rice, couscous or crusty bread.

TIPS:
• Chicken stock can be substituted with white wine as well. Omit lime juice if using white wine
• The entire sauce needs to be cooked on low flame so as to prevent it from splitting
• Reduce the liquid before adding cream
• Add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese to add more flavor

Southern Style Chicken Dressing made with cornbread dressing.
Ingredients:
1 pan of cornbread
1 package of stuffing mix savory herb’s flavor
8 pieces of baked chicken parts or boiled chicken
Chopped celery, bell peppers, & onions
Chicken broth
Seasoning salt
Black pepper
Onion powder
Sage
Thyme
Poultry seasoning
Garlic powder
Chicken Bouillon Powder
3 eggs beaten
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour
Or until you have a golden brown crust on top.
