CHEESE CAKE:
1 lb Cream cheese 2 Eggs 1/2 c Sugar 1 ts Vanilla- or 1 tb Orange juice
TOPPING:
1 c Sour cream 2 tb Sugar 1/2 ts Vanilla Pie crust Combine all ingredients in processor bowl and process until well blended. Press into bottom and up sides of a greased 9" pie plate. Do not bake. Cheese cake Process cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla for 30 sec. Spread cheese mixture over crust. Bake in 375 oven for 25-30 min. or until set. Cool. Topping Combine all ingredients and process. Spread over cake and return to oven for five min. Cool and chill.

●2/3 cup sugar
●2/3 cup matzo cake meal
●1/4 teaspoon salt
●8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
●3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
●3/4 cup sugar
●3 large eggs
●2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
●1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
●Equipment: a 9-inch springform pan
●Garnish: julienned lemon zest

*THIS CAKE MUST BE REFRIGERATED* (forgot to mention in the video) If you want to just make the Carrot Cake then you don't have to refrigerate it.
Carrot Cake Recipe: 2 cups all purpose flour 2 cups sugar 4-5 Carrot Sticks 2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 3 eggs 3/4 cup buttermilk 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 8oz can of pineapples (drained) 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
*Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 28-30 mins*
