How To make Cheesecake In a Glass
8 ounces cream cheese
softened
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream :
whipped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 quart fresh blueberries :
rinsed and patted
-- dry
In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, combine the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter, and granulated sugar; mix well. Distribute half of the crumb mixture evenly over the bottom of 6 to 8 parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top evenly with half of the blueberries, then half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat the layers and serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.

Ingredients:
*8 Digestive biscuits (120g)
*25g melted butter
*400g cream cheese
*1dl whipping cream
*1 tsp vanilla sugar
*1/2dl (50g)sugar
*2dl fresh orange juice (you would need 3 oranges)
*2dl jelly sugar (150g)
*2dl mango pieces (150g)
*1dl orange juice
*1dl (75g) jelly sugar
For garnishing:
orange slices and cranberries
Cheesecake in a glass: for a quick and creamy dessert!
A quick and beautiful dessert that everyone will love!INGREDIENTS
120g (1 cup) cookie crumbs;
60g (¼ cup) butter, melted;
250g (2 cups) cream cheese, room temperature;
180ml (⅔ cup) full-fat cream;
130g (⅔ cup) sugar;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
Strawberry jam;
Sliced strawberries;
Mint leaves.
METHOD
Combine melted butter with cookie crumbs and press them into the bottom of 3 glasses.
Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Pour in the cream into the cream cheese and whip until thick and creamy.
Place sliced strawberries on the sides of the glass as shown in the video.
Fill each cup with cream, top with strawberry jam and decorate using more fresh strawberries and some mint.

EASY Mini Cheesecakes! Mini cheesecake recipe - No bake VS Baked

● Baked Easy Mini Cheesecakes:
- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g unsweetened Yogurt ( 7 ounces )
- 150 g Sugar (3/4 cup)
- 2 Eggs
- Grating of Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 20 g Flour ( 2 tbsp )
Bake for 15 minutes!
● 5 minute No Bake Mini Cheesecakes:
