1 lb Old English cheese 8 sl Bread without crust 5 Eggs 1 pt Milk 1/2 c Melted butter 1 cn Frozen crabmeat Cube bread and cheese. Alternate layers of cheese, bread and crabmeat (twice) in buttered casserole. Beat eggs, milk and melted butter and pour over the layered mixture. Bake in a pan of water at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with sauce: 1 can of mushroom soup, undiluted and heated. Randy Rigg

Chinese Buffet Cheesy Crab Casserole
I doubled this recipe in the video... 16 oz imitation crab meat 1/2 cup sour cream 1.5 TBSP lemon juice plus zest (We thought it was very lemony... I now leave it out) 1/2 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 cup celery thinly sliced 1/2 cup green onions thinly sliced 4 oz cream cheese softened to room temp 2 TBSP mayo 1.5 TBSP Worcestershire sauce Bake in a 325* oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned

Crab Casserole. This is a casserole and yet a delicacy. My mama made this casserole and rationed it... and if you have ever picked out crab you know why! IYKYK. I have recreated her recipe and its just like I remembered it. Enjoy!

House-Autry shows you how to delicious Crabby Mac and Cheese Casserole. Today we will be using House-Autry Onion Hushpuppy Mix. Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and toss with 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt. In a large mixing bowl beat together milk, chicken broth, eggs, sour cream, remaining salt, mustard and pepper. Stir in House-Autry Hushpuppy Mix with Onions, crabmeat and 2 cups cheese; mix well. Fold in macaroni. Pour into a casserole dish that has been greased with the remaining oil. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until casserole is set and top begins to brown. Allow casserole to set for 5 minutes before serving.
