Ingredients: 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Ginger + Garlic Paste (2 garlic cloves + 1 inch ginger, grated) 1 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder 1 tsp Red Food Colouring (optional) Oven Temperature: 200c - 390f - Gas mark 6 Cook on the middle shelf for 25 - 30 minutes (cooking times may vary so check that the internal temperature at the thickest part of the chicken has fully cooked and juices run clear with no blood) For bone IN chicken thighs add more cooking time
