Char Siu or Cantonese barbeque pork is simply mouth watering. And I will show you how to get it lovely and charred on the outside and juicy on the inside, without using an open fire! ➡️ Like lots of Asian recipes, this recipe lives and dies on the standard of the marinade. Don’t be shy with coating the pork liberally in all the ingredients it needs to really bring out the flavor. We must make sure to re-baste the pork midway through cooking as well, we can’t let that flavor go to waste!
