Thai Sukiyaki Recipe (Suki Nam) สุกี้นำ้ | Thai Recipes
Sukiyaki is a Japanese hotpot, but Thai people have taken the idea and created our own version of this hotpot with a bold flavoured sauce that better matches our palates. Not only that, we have created 3 different ways you can have sukiyaki (or just suki as we call it in Thailand)!
In this video I show you suki nam which is the kind of suki we have most often at our home. Suki nam is basically taking all the ingredients of the hot pot and turning them into one individual bowl of noodle soup. The key is in the sauce, whose flavour is so unique I cannot compare it to any other food. The only way to experience it is to try!

About Pai:
Pailin “Pai” Chongchitnant is the author of the Hot Thai Kitchen cookbook, co-host of a Canadian TV series One World Kitchen on Gusto TV, and creator and host of the YouTube channel Pailin's Kitchen.
Pai was born and raised in southern Thailand where she spent much of her playtime in the kitchen. She traveled to Canada to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and was later trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco.
After working in both Western and Thai professional kitchens, she decided that her passion really lies in educating and empowering others to cook at home via YouTube videos, her cookbook, and cooking classes. 蚝油 oyster sauce 2勺(tablespoon)

鸡精 chicken essence 1小勺

INGREDIENTS ( 5-6 SERVINGS)
150g marinated chicken
100g Shrimp
100g squid
100g dry glass noodles, soaked in room temperature water for 10 minutes
200g napa cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
30g Chinese celery, chopped 2-inch pieces
80g spinach, chopped 2-inch pieces
20g coriander leaves, chopped 2-inch pieces
50g Spring onions, chopped 2-inch pieces
3 eggs
4 Tbsp suki sauce
2-3 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
MARINATED CHICKEN
150g chicken breast, bite-sized pieces
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 egg
Marinated for 15 minutes
SUKIYAKI SAUCE
5 Red bean curd cubes
2 Tbsp red bean curd juice
5-6 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp chopped pickled garlic
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp chili Sriracha sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp sauce
1 Tablespoon sesame oil

How To: Stir-fried Sukiyaki | Stir-fried Glass noodles
STIR-FRIED SUKIYAKI
INGREDIENTS:
Shrimp
Baby cuttlefish
Glass noodle, soak in warm water for 5 min.
Chinese cabbage
Carrots
Green onion
Chinese celery
Garlic
Veg. oil
1 egg
SEASONING INGREDIENTS:
Msg, 1 tsp
Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp
Thin soy sauce, 1 tbsp
Suki sauce, 2 tbsp

Ingredient : stock soup , radish ,celery ,Chinese cabbage,beef or pork , egg,pickle bean curd sauce,
