In this video, you will learn 3 salads that you can make even in the winter! We will start with our most delicious, cheesy salad. This is a very quick salad recipe which takes only 15 minutes to make. This cheese salad is completely vegan and plant-based.
Then we'll move onto a tangy sweet potato salad. And lastly, we'll make beetroot spinach salad. All 3 salads serve as great weight loss salads, if you eat them as a complete meal for lunch or dinner.
In this video, you will also learn the formula to build a perfect salad.

Ingredients:

300 gm boneless chicken
3 tsp paprika
salt to taste
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup cooking oil
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp flavored oyster sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 cups of green bell pepper
1.5 cups of red bell pepper
1.5 cups of onion
1 cup canned mushrooms
1 cup carrots

Here is simple steps of making an easy and common Chinese stir fry. It's a very common in Chinese homemade dish.

Ingredients:
Celery, Carrot, Garlic, Chicken Breast, and Roasted Cashew (optional)
Steps:
1. Cut celery and carrots
2. Mince Garlic
3. Cut chicken in pieces
4. Marinate chicken with salt, honey and pepper.
5. Put oil in wok
6. put in garlic
7. stir fry chicken, and take them out when it's cooked.
8. use the same wok, stir fry the celery and carrot, cover about 1-2 mins
9. Put chicken back into the work and stir fry.
10. Mix corn starch with water and make a paste, and put to the stir fry.
11. When it's about ready, put in the cashew.
12. Don't over cook it!
Preparation time: ~15 mins
Cook time: ~10 mins
Serve family stir or over rice! Enjoy!
