How To make Caraway Swiss Chicken On Spinach
1 10 Ounces Pk frozen spinach
1 Pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
about 4 halves
3/4 Cup skim milk
2 Teaspoons cornstarch
1 1/2 Teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/4 Teaspoon caraway seed
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
2 Ounces nonfat processed Swiss cheese :
torn into pieces
1 Dash tabasco sauce
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Divide among 4 au gratin baking dishes. Meanwhile, spray a COLD large skillet with nonstick coating. Add chicken. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 min or till tender and no longer pink, turning pieces occasionally. Place chicken atop spinach. Keep warm. For sauce, combine milk, cornstarch, bouillion, caraway, and pepper. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Add cheese and tabasco; stir till melted. Pour atop chicken and serve.

1 بصلة كبيرة. 2 ضلع كرافس.1 عود قرفة. 3 ورق غار. 2 فصوص ثوم. 10 حب هال
2 كوب (400 غرام) مغربية ناشفة
2 ملعقة طعام (28 غرام) زبدة غير مملحة
20 حبة بصل كويزات
1/4 كوب (60 مل) زيت زيتون او زيت نباتي
3 اكواب حمص مسلوق
البهارات:
1 ملعقة طعام ونصف كراوية
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من كل من:
قرفة. سبع بهارات. كمون
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل اسود
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
2 ملعقة طعام (28 غرام) زبدة غير مملحة
2 ملعقة طعام (16 غرام) طحين
ملاحظة : الإضافة الاخيرة من مرقة الدجاج كانت ربع ليتر وليس نصف ليتر.

1.5 kilo (3 pounds) chicken leg quarters or 1 whole chicken
2.5 liters water
2 tsp salt
1 large onion. 2 celery ribs. 1 cinnamon stick. 3 bay leaves. 2 garlic cloves. 10 cardamom pads
2 cups (400 g) moghrabieh (dried)
2 tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter
20 boiling onions
1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable or canola oil
3 cups cooked garbanzo beans
The spices:
1 1/2 tbsp caraway
1/2 tsp each:
cinnamon. 7 spices. cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter
2 tbsp (16 g) all_purpose flour
PLEASE note: The last addition of chicken stock was 1/4 liter, not 1/2 liters.

Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
These easy and delicious stuffed mushrooms recipe is filled with gruyere, Spanish olives, onion and Worcestershire sauce then topped with a sprinkle of minced parsley. A classic, very tasty, appetizer you can whip up in a few minutes! I used white button mushrooms for that classic vibe but crimini work really nicely too and have even more flavor.
*This is an amazing make ahead dish. you can make stuff the mushrooms the night before, refrigerate and bake the day of.
*You can use vegan cheese for this recipe to eliminate the dairy from this vegetarian recipe..
*This appetizer also tastes amazing reheated so if there are any left overs they’ll be delicious.
*I love gruyere in this recipe but you can use any cheese you love.
Save the mushroom stems for a soup or sauté them with other veggies.
*You can change the proportions, customize the ingredients and really make them your own. Did I mention they pair perfectly with a martini? Yum.
