How To make Cappelini with Herb Spinach
8 oz Angel hair pasta(cappelini);
10 oz Pk frozen spinach;
->OR<- 1 lb Fresh spinach;
1 tb Virgin olive;
1 Onion; chopped
2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped
1/2 ts Dried leaf basil
1/2 ts Dried leaf oregano;
1/2 ts Ground netmeg
Salt and pepper to taste 2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese;
Bring a large kettle of water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente, 3 minutes. Drain in a colander; set aside. Meanwhile place frozen spinch in a steamer rack over boiling water until slightly wilted. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil and saute onion until softened. Place spinach, onion, parsley, basil, oregano, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a blender of a food processor fitted with metal blade, and process to puree. In this one, learn how to make this easy and cheap creamy garlic cheesy pasta that requires only a few simple ingredients and takes very little time to put together.

1/3 Cup (80ml) - Chicken or Vegetable Stock
400ml (13.5floz) - Thickened Cream (Heavy Cream, Whipping Cream)
120g (4.2oz) - Baby Spinach, Washed
60g (2.1oz) - Grana Padano Cheese, Freshly Grated
5g (0.2oz) - Flat Leaf Parsley or Basil, Roughly Chopped

How to Make Easy and Simple Chicken and Spinach Pasta
INGREDIENTS
300g spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
300g chicken breast
2 cloves garlic
1 tomato
4 cups spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup pasta water
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper
