Butter

1 Fluid ounce
1 oz Unsalted butter
Beer Chicken bouillon See recipe for "Cajun Barbeque Butter" in this cookbook. Melt the Cajun Barbeque Butter, in a medium skillet, over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and saute until they begin to turn pink. Add the beer and chicken bouillon and cook until the shrimp are done. Add the unsalted butter and shake the pan to melt and incorporate the butter. Pour the shrimp and butter into a calamari dish and serve hot. 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Juice Of Half A Lemon
1 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 Tbsp Creole Seasoning
1 lb Jumbo Shrimp

OVEN-BAKED BBQ SHRIMP NEW ORLEANS STYLE
OVEN-BAKED BBQ SHRIMP NEW ORLEANS STYLE
4 pounds thawed LARGE or JUMBO SHRIMP, deveined, shell-on
2 cups melted BUTTER
1/4 cup WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/4 cup FRESH LEMON JUICE
2 generous Tablespoons BLACK PEPPER
2 teaspoons SALT
2 dashes or more of HOT SAUCE (I use Louisiana Hot Sauce)
2 generous teaspoons chopped or minced GARLIC
2 thinly sliced LEMONS
In a 9 x 13 baking dish pour all the ingredients except the shrimp and lemon slices. Stir to mix. Layer half the thawed shrimp in the mixture then place 4 slices of lemon. Layer the other half the shrimp and place 4 slices of lemon on top. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes stirring and tossing the shrimp half way through baking. Serve in a bowl with lots of the buttery broth. Make sure to have plenty of french bread for dunking into the broth and enjoying!!
