How To make Cajun 3 Pepper Bread
8 Flour, bread
3/4 Polenta; uncooked
1/2 pt Pepper; cayenne
1 pt Pepper; black ground
1 pt Parsley flakes [dry]
3 pt Garlic; crushed
2 pk Yeast
4 pt Salt, preferably sea
1/2 Pepper; diced sweet red
4 pt Tabasco or hot pepper sau
2 1/2 Water
Proof yeast in 4 T of the water. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the liquids. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for 10-12 minutes.The dough should have a coarse look, but will be cohesive, stretchy, tacky but not sticky, and resilient. Allow the dough to rise for about 1-1/2 hours (until double in size). >>>>NEXT>>>> Punch it down, and allow it to rise again for 1-1 1/2 hours. Punch it down again. Cut the dough into two (2) pieces and form into rounds or french loaves. Allow to proof for 1 hour, then bake like french breads in a 400 deg oven with steam or spray for 30-40 minutes. Cool before cutting.

●Pinch cayenne
●6 slices day old Italian bread, crusts removed, coarsely ground in food processor 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
●2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
●Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
●1/4 cup olive oil
●1/2 cup spice rub from Cajun-rubbed spiced turkey

This is one of my favorite dinners! I adjusted this recipe just slightly to make it Keto-friendly. Here's how to make it!
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (approx 1 lb. +)
4-6 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 Tbsp olive oil
Cajun seasoning (I used Cajun's Choice Creole Seasoning - it's fantastic)
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Toothpicks
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Flatten the chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness, then salt and pepper each side (easy on the salt).
In a mixing bowl, combine the pepper jack cheese and spinach.
Spoon about 1/4 c of the spinach mixture onto each chicken breast. Roll each chicken breast tightly and fasten the seams with several toothpicks.
Brush each chicken breast with the olive oil. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning mixture evenly over all, including the bottom. You can top the stuffed breasts with any leftover spinach and cheese mixture.
Place the chicken seam-side up onto a tin foil-lined baking sheet (for easy cleanup). Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove the toothpicks before serving.

Ingredients
2 Thai chili peppers
1 habanero pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
1 lb ground beef
⅓ cup cheddar cheese
2 slices of Aldi zero carb bread
¼ Roma tomato
3 slices of green leaf lettuce
1 tbsp olive oil mayo
1 tsp mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Dice up all the peppers Thai, habanero and jalapeno pepper. Form your burger patties. Salt them and place them in a hot skillet for 2 minutes for the first side. Salt and pepper the other side and flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Once the burger is flipped add the diced peppers to the pan and cook them. After 2 minutes add the peppers to the top of the burgers and place the cheese over top of each burger. Place a lid on the pan to steam and melt the cheese. Top your burgers with the condiments of your choice we used green leaf lettuce, mayo, mustard and tomatoes. Enjoy
