CHEESECAKE RECIPE - NO BAKE - Traditional Lemon Cheese Cake
Cheesecake Recipe : This is a traditional lemon Cheesecake made the non bake way. It's made with un-creamed cottage cheese to give it some texture.
A lot of shop sold cheese cakes and many other recipes use a blender to make a heavy, gloopy filling, which leaves me feeling heavy and sickly. I think this recipe produces a beautiful tasting cake but slightly lighter.

Ingredients Below

Base
1 Packet 250g Digestive Biscuits
125g/5oz Butter
Filling
400g/14oz Cottage Cheese (avoid creamed cottage cheese)
400ml of Condensed Milk
Juice of 2 Lemons (About 90ml)
1 to 2 Teaspoons of Gelatine dissolved in hot water
9 Inch Spring Form Cake Tin (this is ideal but not essential)

EASY Coffee Frappe 2 Ways | The Recipe Rebel
PRINTABLE RECIPE & NUTRITION INFO:
Ingredients
3/4 cup cold water
1-2 tablespoons cream** (or milk, dairy free milk, more or less depending on your tastes)
3 teaspoons granulated sugar (or to taste)
1-2 teaspoons instant coffee granules (or instant espresso powder)
8 ice cubes (about 1 cup)
Instructions
Blender method:
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
Adjust flavor to your tastes and pour into a glass and serve (the froth will rise to the top as it sits).
Shaken method
Add water, cream, sugar and coffee to a 500ml jar and shake until coffee is dissolved and mixture is frothy.
Pour over ice and serve (the froth will rise to the top as it sits).
Notes
*This recipe is easily customized to your tastes. If you like a stronger coffee, add more coffee. If you like a sweeter coffee, add more sugar. If you like creamier coffee, add more cream.
**I use heavy cream if I have it, but any milk or cream will work. The higher fat content, the richer and creamier the coffee will be.

Ingredients:
• 4 Tbsp of water
• 1 Tsp of instant coffee
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 1 Tbsp instant coffee
• 1 Tsp warm water
• 2 whole eggs + 2 egg yolks
• 50g Sugar
• 350ml Milk
• 1Tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
• Caramel
1. In a saucepan, put 4 Tbsp of water
2. Add 1 Tsp of instant coffee
3. Mix with spatula
4. Add 1/2 Cup Sugar
5. Put on medium low heat
6. mix lightly
7. Mix lightly just so that the mixture is incorporated, you must stop mixing so that the sugar does not crystallize
8. Let cook until boiling
9. Cook another 3 minutes
10. Pour the caramel into a mold
• Crème
1. In a container, mix 1 Tbsp instant coffee with 1 Tsp warm water
2. Add 2 whole eggs + 2 egg yolks
3. Add 50g Sugar
4. Add 350ml Milk
5. Mix well
6. Add 1 Tsp vanilla extract
7. Mix well
8. Pour the mixture into the mold
• Baking
1. Place the prepared mold in a larger mold
2. Cover the mold with aluminum foil
3. Fill a baking dish with hot water up to a quarter of the
way
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C / 320 °F for 60 minutes
5. Let cool to room temperature, after refrigerate 4 hours or (overnight)

Filipino Mango Graham Icebox Cake Recipe.
This icebox cake dessert is the favorite for any occasion! for Birthdays, Parties, Christmas (Pasko), New Year (Bagong Taon), its so easy and simple to make, even kids can do it!
Mango Float
8x2 inch cake pan with removable bottom
INGREDIENTS
Graham Layer:
- 2 1/4 cup crushed graham or 24 crackers
1 pack (200g) is about 20 crackers so you get 4 from another pack
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 Tbsp sugar
Cream layer:
- 3 (250ml) pack Nestle all-purpose cream - must be chilled overnight
- 1/2 cup condensed milk ( you can add more if you want it sweeter)
Mango layer:
- 3-4 large ripe mangoes
2 cut into thin slices for the layering and the other one for decorating up top, can be cubed or thinly sliced its your choice!
