Moist and Easy Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe:
- 240g milk ( 1 cup)
- 90g Butter (3/4 stick)
- 1 large egg
- 200g Sugar ( 1 cup)
- 120g flour (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 75g unsweetened cocoa powder (3/4 cup, don't pack it!)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Chocolate Buttercream:
- 220g butter( 2 sticks)
- 220g powdered sugar ( 1 3/4 cup)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 60g unsweetened cocoa powder (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp warm coffee ( Actual espresso coffee, not the instant one)

TODAY'S RECIPE IS Chocolate Cup Cake in Blender | Cup Cake Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
One egg ( substitute 1/4 cup condensed milk or curd)
Sugar 1/4 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Blend
Flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
chocolate chips & Pistachios
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 min place the mold
Cook it on medium low flame for 25-35 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Chocolate Cupcakes
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Chocolate Cupcakes:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup
-Baking powder ¼ tsp
-Baking soda ¾ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) softened 7 tbs
-Caster sugar ¾ Cup
-Anda (Egg) 1 room temperature
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) warm ½ Cup
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
-Makhan (Butter) softened 2 Cups
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Chocolate chips melted ½ Cup
-Icing sugar 3 & ½ to 4 Cups
Directions:
For Chocolate Cupcakes:
-In bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda,sift together, mix well and set aside.
-In mixing machine,add butter,caster sugar and beat.
-During beating,add egg,vanilla essence,milk and dry ingredients gradually and beat until well combined.
-Take a cupcake try and place linings,add batter and tap tray for 2-3 times on working counter (makes 10-12 cupcakes).
-Bake in preheated oven at 175 C for 20-25 minutes.
For Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
-In mixer machine,add butter and beat until its light and fluffy (4-5 minutes).
-Add cocoa powder,vanilla essence,salt,chocolate and beat for 3-4 minutes.
-Add one cup icing sugar at a time,start at low speed until combined and beat on higher speed for 2-3 minutes after each addition and keep beating until it holds its form.
-Put the cupcakes on a cooling rack to cool,when cooled,pipe the frosting over the cupcakes and decorate with sprinkles or chocolate chips.

-Mixing machine mein makhan aur cheeni dal dein aur beat ker lein.
-Beating ka doran,anda,vanilla essence aur doodh dal dein aur thora thora ker ka dry ingredients shamil kertay jayein aur ache tarhan mix kertay rahien.
-Cupcake tray mein linings laga lein aur batter dal ker 2-3 bar working table per tab ker lein (makes 10-12 cupcakes).
-Preheated oven mein 175 C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
For Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
-Mixing machine mein makhan dal dein aur light & fluffy hunay tak beat ker lein (4-5 minutes).
-Cocoa powder,vanilla essence,namak aur chocolate dal dein aur 3-4 minutes kliya beat ker lein.
-Ek waqt mein ek,ek cup icing sugar daltay jayein aur halki speed mien mixing start karein phir tez speed mein 2-3 minutes kliya beat kertay rahein yahan tak ka hold form ho jaye.
-Cupcakes ko cooling rack per rakh ka thanda ker lein,jab thanday ho jayein tou piping bag men frosting dal ker cupcakes per laga lein aur sprinkle or chocolate chips sa decorate karein.
