How To make Cafe Au Lait Cake
3/4 lb butter, -- softened
1/4 c coffee-flavored liqueur
1/3 c instant coffee granules
3/4 c milk
3 TB unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 c confectioners' sugar
2 c granulated sugar
1 ts pure vanilla extract
1/2 ts salt
5 lg eggs
3 c all-purpose flour
1 ts baking powder
1/2 ts baking soda
: Additional confectioners' : sugar for garnish Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Heat liqueur and instant coffee in a small saucepan and stir until coffee dissolves. Add enough milk to equal 1 cup liquid and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together cocoa powder and confectioners' sugar and set aside. In a large electric mixer bowl, beat butter until very soft. Add granulated sugar, vanilla and salt and beat until light. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and soda. Fold flour mixture into butter mixture alternately with coffee liquid. Turn half batter into prepared pan and smooth surface. Using back of kitchen teaspoon, make an indentation 1/2 inch deep in batter. Spoon cocoa-confectioners' sugar mixture into depression. Spoon remaining batter over top of cocoa mixture. Using broad side of dinner knife, cut down through batter to bottom of pan, moving knife in zigzag pattern to create a marbled effect. Smooth batter surface with back of spoon. Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cake from oven and cool in pan on rack 15 minutes. Run knife around center tube and outer edge of pan. Carefully invert onto rack and cool to room temperature. Dust lightly with confectioners' sugar. If you don't want to use alcohol in this recipe, just use strong coffee. 1 cup chilled skim milk
1 tablespoon nondairy whipped topping
Pinch of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direction:
1. Combine vanilla and milk with coffee.

●作り方
①卵を割り、卵白と卵黄を分け、卵白は冷蔵庫で冷やします
②グラニュー糖を入れ、ホイッパーでトロっとした感じになるまで混ぜます
③太白ごま油を入れ、しっとりするまで混ぜます
④インスタントコーヒーに牛乳を入れ、電子レンジで600w20秒温めた後に混ぜ合わせ、生地に加えます
⑤薄力粉、ベーキングパウダーをふるい、粉っ気が無くなるまで混ぜます
⑥冷蔵庫から卵白を取り出し、泡だて器で泡立てます
⑦グラニュー糖を2回に分け、メレンゲのツノが少し寝るぐらいまで泡立てます
⑧メレンゲをひとすくいし、混ぜ合わせます
⑨残りすべてのメレンゲを加え、気泡が潰れないようにサクッと混ぜ合わせます
⑩型に油を塗ります ※フッ素のみ。それ以外の方はクッキングシートを敷きます
⑪型に生地を流し込み、高い位置から数回落とし空気を抜きます
⑫天板にお湯を張り、予熱しておいた150度のオーブンに50分間焼きます
⑬焼き上がったら型から取り出し、お好みで粉糖をふるいます

● How to make
① Break the egg, separate the egg white and yolk, and cool the egg white in the refrigerator.
② Add granulated sugar and mix with a whisk until it feels fluffy.
③ Add white sesame oil and mix until moist.
④ Put milk in instant coffee, heat it in the microwave for 60w for 20 seconds, mix it, and add it to the dough.
⑤ Sift the flour and baking powder and mix until the flour is gone.
⑥ Take the egg whites out of the refrigerator and whisk with a whisk.
⑦ Divide the granulated sugar into two parts and whisk until the meringue horns sleep a little.
⑧ Scoop the meringue and mix.
⑨ Add all the remaining meringue and mix quickly so that the bubbles do not collapse.
⑩ Apply oil to the mold * Fluorine only. For other people, lay a cooking sheet
⑪ Pour the dough into the mold and drop it from a high position several times to remove the air.
⑫ Fill the top plate with hot water and bake in a preheated 150 degree oven for 50 minutes.

Nussboden:
3 Eier
75 g Zucker
1 Pr. Salz
50 g Mehl
60 g gem.Haselnüsse oder Mandeln
1 geh. TL Backpulver
Creme Kaffee:
300 -375 g Becher Sahne (1 1/2Becher)
2 Sahnesteif
1-2 Vanillezucker
2 Tüten löslicher Kaffee oder 3 TL Instant- Espressopulver
Creme weiß
1 P. Ruf Schlemmercreme
300 - 375 g Sahne
evt. Kirschenmarmelade
65 -70 Amarettinei
ca. 20 g Zartbitterschokolade
Alles wie beschrieben zubereiten.
Boden bei 160 ° Umluft ca. 15 min backen.
Torte 2 Std. in den Kühlschrank stellen, kurz vorher mit den Amarettinis verzieren. ????

Ingredients:
- Freshly Ground (Coarse) Coffee Beans
- Steaming hot, pre-boiled water
- French Press
- Steaming hot Milk
Preparation:
1. Boil 4 cups of water. Once it boils, remove it from heat and let it cool down to about 190ºF or so.
2. Preheat the French Press pitcher and plunger with ½ cup of steaming hot water until everything warms up. Drain.
3. Add 4 tbsp of coffee grounds into the pitcher (1 tbsp of coffee per cup of water).
4. Fill the press half way with the remaining 4 cups of hot water. Let sit for 1 minute to bloom, then stir. Add the remaining water almost to the top of the pitcher. Let sit 3 minutes.
5. Serve with an equal amount of steaming hot milk
(about ½ cup). A Café Au Lait is half coffee and half milk.
