HOMEMADE HONEY GRANOLA
2 cups of oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon to taste
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
Splash of vanilla
Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes. Let cool completely
HANGOVER BREAKFAST
Frozen hash brown
Cheese
Egg
Meat of choice
Any veg!
Cook up and enjoy!
BLENDER PANCAKES
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Splash of vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Add any toppings you like and cook in butter!
SWEET POTATO FRITTERS
1 large grated, peeled sweet potato
salt, pepper to taste
1/2 tsp of onion and garlic powder
1.5 tablespoons flour
1 egg
Fry in neutral oil until golden on both sides!

Keto Breakfast Blender Muffins [Easiest Low Carb Muffins]
This is one of the easiest keto-friendly muffin recipes you’ll find. It’s quick to make and only requires a few common ingredients that you probably already have in the pantry.
All you need to make these muffins is to melt the butter in the almond milk, and once that’s complete, place all of the wet and dry ingredients into a blender.
