How To make Buffalo Burgers
1 lb Ground buffalo
1/4 ts Pepper
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
4 ts Ketchup
1 ts Salt
1 ts Mustard
2 ts Horseradish
The beauty of this recipe is that accurate measurements can go out the window. Add more or less of the spicings that you like. Toss it all in and mix it up. Patty up and grill. Serve like a regular hamburger. Tip: If you have a grill that tells the temperature, keep it down! Or let the coals die down some. Don't put lean buffalo meat in the flame. ( Buffalo is a lean red meat and is some what dry so you have to cook it slowly to keep the juices in.) These burgers were taste tested by the usually critical teen-age crowd. They asked for seconds. BUFFALO BURGERS! (Wall Drug S.D. 1963)
1 lb. of ground Bison (Buffalo Burger)
1 lb. ground beef (73/27) cheap stuff!
1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 tbsp. sour cream
Mix lightly in a bowl and form into 3/8 inch thick burgers
Pan fry or on the griddle until barley medium
Top with cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Butter then toast big hamburger buns on the grill or in the
pan and plate up! Serve with chips, pickles or slaw!

Buffalo Chicken Smash Burgers
These aren’t your average smash burgers, we gave these a Buffalo Chicken flare. These are packed full of flavor with a zip at the end!
• 1 lb of Ground Chicken
• 1 TBSP of Killer Hogs AP
• 1 TBSP of Frank’s Buffalo Chicken Seasoning
• 1 Large Sweet Onion
• 1/4 Cup of Fresh Blue Cheese
• 4 Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
Get your griddle or pan heated on medium high heat. Thinly slice your onion. Roll your burger into 4 balls. Oil your pan or griddle and place the onions on them in piles. Cook until translucent and beginning to brown. Place a ball of burger on each onion pile and smash using a burger press. Season all the burgers with the seasonings above. Flip the burgers and repeat the seasoning. Add your blue cheese and then the pepper jack, cover to melt. Toast your rolls and dress using the sauce below along with fresh lettuce and tomato!
Sauce
• 1/4 Cup of Ranch Dressing
• 1/4 Cup of Blue Cheese Dressing
• 1/8 Cup of Hot Sauce
• Combine all thoroughly!
