1 c Sifted All-Purpse Flour
3/4 c Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Butter
1 1/2 c Firmly Packed Light Brown
Sugar 3 Eggs
1 t Vanilla
1 c Unsalted Peanuts, Chopped
1 pk Peanut Butter Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt onto wax paper. Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a medium-size bowl with electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in dry ingredients; beat until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup of the chopped nuts. Pour into greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove pan from oven to wire rack; sprinkle with peanut butter chips. Let stand about 5 minutes, then spread evenly with a small metal spatula. Sprinkle with remaining nuts, patting down gently. Crispy Peanut Butter Marshmallow Brownies are wonderful decadent treats perfect for any occasion. Fudgy brownies topped with a thick layer of gooey marshmallows and a crispy chocolate peanut butter rice layer have a great texture and flavor that is hard to resist.

Ingredients
Makes about 9-16 servings
Brownies
1.5 oz (40g) semisweet chocolate
1/4 cup (56g) butter
1/3 cup (70g) sugar
1 tsp (1g) instant coffee
1 egg
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
1 tbsp (8g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp (1g) salt
1/4 cup (30g) flour
Marshmallow Layer
4.5 oz (130g) marshmallows
Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Topping
4 oz (120g) chocolate, semisweet/milk or a mix of the two
1/2 cup (120g) peanut butter, creamy
1 cup (20g) rice cereal
1. Prepare the brownies. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Butter the sides and bottom of a 8x8 inch (20 X 20 cm) pan and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a medium bowl, over bain-marie, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Remove the pan from heat but keep the bowl over the water. Add instant coffee, stir in the sugar, then remove the bowl from the pan. Cool slightly.
3. Incorporate the egg into the mixture and whisk until well combined. Stir in the vanilla extract then add the flour, salt, cocoa powder and stir well.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs sticking to it.
5. Once brownies are done, top with the marshmallows.
6. Bake for another 3 minutes or until puffed. If necessary press them down to spread the marshmallows. Cool completely.
7. Prepare the chocolate rice topping. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in a medium bowl, over bain-marie, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Stir in the rice cereal then spread on top of cooled brownies. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Resep sama dng fudge brownies sebelumnya, sesudah dituang, tinggal tambahkan selai kacang secara acak, lalu buat motif dng tusuk lidi.
Tipe brownies ini lengket chewy....panggangnya cukup sampai jika di test tusuk ada moist crumb yg melekat di lidinya.......jangan sampai kering...biarkan di loyang nya sampai agak dingin, baru keluarkan..
FUDGE BROWNIES
Bahan
80 gr butter
160 gr DCC
110 gr terigu serbaguna
10 gr coklat bubuk
1/2 sdt bp
1/2 sdt garam
2 butir telur
200 gr gula pasir (ada yg dikurangin jadi 150 gr, sesuaikan selera)
Vanilla essence
Kacang..boleh almond, kenari
Cara
Tim butter dan dark cooking chocolate nya hingga leleh, sisihkan.
Whisk telur dan gula sampai gula larut, kemudian masukan campuran butter dan dcc tadi , aduk rata.
Masukkan campuran terigu, coklat bubuk, bp yg sdh diayak sebelumnya, aduk sampai rata,di sini boleh tambahin campuran cacahan kenari atau lainnya bisa divariasi sesuai selera.
Masukan dlm loyang yg sdh di alasi baking paper ( 20 x 20 )
Oven sampai matang sesuai oven masing2 (180 derajat cel sekitar 25 menit )

- 260 gr Butter ( 2 1/4 STICKS )
- 350 gr Chocolate 70% cocoa ( 13 Ounces)
- 1 or 2 tbsp unsweetened Coffee depending on your preference
- 4 Large Eggs
- 150 gr All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 30 gr Unsweetened Cocoa Powder ( 3 tbsp )
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 400 gr Sugar ( 2 cups )
NOTE: If your brownie toppings start to brown too much, cover with aluminum foil.
■ Brookies/ Cookie Brownies:
- 50 gr Butter ( 3 1/2 tbsp)
- 60 gr Sugar ( 4 1/2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 70 gr Flour ( 8 1/2 tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
- Chocolate Chips
■ Cream Cheese Brownies:
- 60 gr Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 2 ounces)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 3/4 tbsp Egg White
- 1/2 tbsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
■ Peanut Butter Brownies:
- 60 gr Peanut Butter ( 2 ounces )
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Salted Peanuts
- Caramel ( optional after they've done baking)
■ Double Chocolate:

Peanut Butter Brownies
Peanut butter brownies made with @FixandFogg Crunchy Peanut Butter, @TonysChocolonely Milk Chocolate and dipped in @Boringmilk Oat Milk. All found at @StAli’s Pantry in store or online - link in bio.
Ingredients:
- 240g (8.5 oz) Fix and Fogg Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 220g (7.8 oz) Tony's Chocolonely Milk Chocolate
- 280g (9.9 oz) brown sugar
- 3 large eggs at room temperature
- 100g (3.5 oz) self-raising flour
Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
2. Place 180g of the chocolate, 200g of the peanut butter, and the brown sugar into a pot over medium heat.
3. Stirring consistently, cook until the sugar just starts to melt.
4. Remove from the heat and leave at room temperature to cool for 10 minutes. Then add the eggs in one at a time, mixing in between.
5. Fold the flour through the batter.
6. Warm the remaining chocolate and peanut butter separately in the microwave.
7. Line an oven-safe tin or cast-iron pan with paper and lightly grease.
8. Pour the batter into the pan, then drizzle the melted peanut butter and chocolate on top.
9. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
10. For best results, let the brownies cool completely before cutting into them and eating.
