Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Flavor Pack from Ramen
6 cups broccoli, peeled stems and heads, chopped and blanched in salted water
12 ounces sliced mushrooms, Sauteed in 1 tablespoon butter
1 package chicken flavored Ramen noodles, broken up
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, cheddar cheese, blue cheese dressing, eggs, salt, pepper, and flavor pack from noodles. In a separate bowl combine broccoli, mushrooms, and broken noodles then toss together wet mixture and vegetables to evenly coat. Place in an 8 by 8-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non- stick cooking spray and cook for 45 minutes covered. Then remove cover and bake for additional 15 minutes to brown. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

She Stole My Broccoli Casserole Recipe, Animated
THERE IT IS! I wanted to space out my uploads a bit to not just put all my new stuff all at once and disappear for God knows how long, but oh boy was it hard to wait. I started this animation in February, and only managed to find the time to finish it as March was ending. And now I can finally upload it and my life is complete-
As soon as I heard the audio, I immediately pictured the whole animation in my head and just HAD to do it. I made up character designs on the go, used my laggy laptop all alone in my student dorm until the tender hours of night to finish it, and there it was! I honestly think I could've done better, some shots are really disappointing, but I overall still like how it went and had a blast doing that shot with that Doris dude. 10/10 would animate this kind of shot again-

My family loves this delicious and healthy recipe.
If you make a vegetable casserole with me, you will discover a whole new flavor of broccoli and cauliflower. I hope you enjoy my delicious simple and easy recipe. I am happy to prepare all the recipes for family and guests.
▶️ Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
1 Broccoli
1 Cauliflower
2 small onions
2 tomatoes
2 bell peppers
Vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup of flour
7 oz / 200 g Mozzarella cheese
1 oz / 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp black pepper,
1 tsp paprika,
½ tsp dry parsley.
salt
Bake for 25 minutes at 390°F / 200 °C.

Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup onions, chopped
20 ounces packages frozen chopped broccoli
8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or Colby Jack
salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve butter crackers
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed soup, mayonnaise, egg and onions.
Step 3
Place frozen broccoli into a very large mixing bowl. Break up the frozen broccoli. Using a rubber spatula, scrape soup-mayonnaise mixture on top of broccoli, and mix well. Sprinkle on cheese, Season with salt, pepper and mix well. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish, and smooth top of casserole. Top with cracker mixture.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered
