14 oz Can artichoke hearts 1/2 c Butter 8 oz Cream cheese (soft) 1 1/2 t Lemon juice 2 10 oz. brocoli chopped Saltine cracker crumbs Grease 1 1/2 casserole dish. Place artichoke hearts in bottom, quartered and drained. Combine butter, cream cheese and lemon juice. Add brocoli thats been cooked and drained. Pour mixture over artichokes. Top with crumbs. Bake uncovered 25 minutes 350 degree oven. For zip add garlic powder, worchestershire, salt, tabasco.

Broccoli and Artichoke Spaghetti Squash Alfredo
Hello, and I hope that you also enjoy my favorite way to eat Spaghetti Squash!
FYI..... I usually cook from my spirit and do not keep a detailed log of measurements LOL.
Feel free to switch up the ingredients to your liking/ (dairy-free options)
1 Spaghetti squash, 1 jar of drained artichokes, Broccoli, 1 1/2 cup of mushrooms, 1 cup of diced tomatoes, 1/4 bell pepper, 2 tbsp green onion, 1/4 white onion, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1pt heavy whipping cream, 1cup of shredded / grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of Colby cheese, 1/4 cup of butter, and EVOO.
Baking Time: Spaghetti Squash- 40 min on 350 (depending on your oven may need 50 min. Initially), then an additional 5-10 min in the oven to melt the toppings together.
Veggies- low to medium heat for 20-25 min.
Alfredo Sauce- low to medium heat for 15-20 min or until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
