How To make Broccoli Lasagna
Ingredients

lasagna noodles (wide)

salad oil

teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper

frozen broccoli or spinach
2-3
cup
tomato sauce
1
pound
creamed cottage cheese
1/4
cup
sour cream
12
oz
mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions:
Cook noodles according to directions on package. Drain, then toss with oil, salt and pepper until well coated. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream.
Arrange half of the noodles in a 12 x 8 baking dish. Cover with half of broccoli and sauce, then a layer of cheese. Add another layer of noodles, topped with broccoli, sauce and cheese. Then add all of the cottage cheese mixture. Top with remaining noodles and add sauce to cover. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate.
About 30 minutes before serving, heat oven to 350 F and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and is golden on top.
Serves 6.

LASAGNA BIANCA CON BROCCOLI E SALSICCIA - Una delizia da provare!
Ingredienti:
- 500 gr di broccoli
- 500 gr di salsiccia
- 300 gr di mozzarella
- 500 gr di lasagne
- 100 gr di parmigiano
- 1 lt di latte
- 100 gr di burro
- 100 gr di farina
- Sale
- Pepe
- Noce moscata
Procedimento
In un pentolino lasciate fondere il burro a fuoco moderato, una volta sciolto aggiungete la farina mescolando con la frusta, poi versate il latte e continuate a mescolare finché non si è addensata. Togliete dal fuoco e regolate di sale, pepe e se volete insaporirla di più aggiungete un pizzico di noce moscata.
Prendete un tegame sbriciolate la salsiccia e rosolatela; una volta pronta toglietela e mettetela da parte.
Bollite i broccoli in abbondante acqua salata per 15 minuti (precedentemente puliti).
Quando i broccoli saranno pronti frullateli con un po’ di acqua di cottura e incorporateli alla besciamella.
A questo punto procedete ad assemblare la lasagna.
Prendete una teglia e cospargetela con un pò di besciamella ai broccoli, adagiatevi sopra le sfoglie di pasta, l’altra besciamella ai broccoli, la salsiccia, la mozzarella (a dadini), il parmigiano e continuate fino ad esaurire gli ingredienti.
Coprite la teglia con la carta alluminio e infornate per 25 minuti a 220 gradi poi scopritela e cuocetela per altri 10 minuti in modo che la parte di sopra risulti croccante.

CHICKEN LASAGNA INGREDIENTS:
►9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
►4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (or cooked from 2 lbs chicken breast)
SPINACH CREAM SAUCE:
►1 Tbsp olive oil
►1 medium onion, finely chopped
►4 Tbsp unsalted butter
►1/3 cup all-purpose flour
►2 1/2 cups chicken broth
►1 1/2 cups half and half (or equal parts of heavy cream and milk)
►5 oz fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
►2 tsp sea salt
►1/2 tsp black pepper
►3 garlic cloves, minced
CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
►15 oz ricotta
►1 large egg
►1/4 cup parsley
►1/4 cup parmesan cheese
►3 cups mozzarella cheese

It's so delicious that I make this almost every weekend! A simple broccoli recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
250g broccoli
Hot water
Soak for 5 minutes
Drain the water after 5 minutes
Chop the broccoli into small pieces
Add to a bowl
3 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Whisk the eggs with a fork
Pour on the broccoli
20g green onion
Chop
Add to the broccoli
Dice 1/2 onion
20g mozzarella cheese (optional)
Salt & black pepper
Mix well
Medium heat
olive oil
Pour into the frying pan
Spread evenly
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over with a plate
Fry for another 2 minutes
Add some olive oil
Done!

Parmigiano 150 g
Besciamella 1 Litro
Farina 60 g
1 litro di latte scremato (o parzialmente scremato)
Sale q.b
Noce moscata q.b
In forno preriscaldato statico a 180 gradi per 15 minuti gli ultimi 5 minuti forno ventilato

Today I am teaching you guys how to make a simple VEGGIE LASAGNA w/ Fresh vegetables & homemade sauce . It’s a simple & fast moving recipe with cool tips which will make your dish a success!!!!
INGREDIENTS:-
20 Barilla Lasagna Sheets
30oz RIcotta Cheese
2lbs Mozzarella Cheese
SAUTEED VEGATABLES :-
1lbs Broccoli (chopped)
1lbs Baby Portobello Mushrooms
16oz Fresh Baby Spinach
1 TBL SPN Fresh Garlic (chopped)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Red Chili Flakes
SAUCE RECIPE:-
1 Med Onion (chopped)
2 TBL SPN Fresh Garlic (chopped)
2 TBL SPN Dried Basil
1 TBL SPN Oregano
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Red Chili Flakes (optional)
1 TBL SPN Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
30oz Crush Tomatoes
15oz water
IMPORTANT NOTE:-
Bake lasagna for 40 mins @ 425 covered with foil,
remove cover & bake uncovered for 15 to 20 mins . After its out of the oven let it cool off for 20 to 25 mins before serving so the cheese can set .
