How To make Brisket and Beans/Cp Or Pressure Cooker
3 pounds Brisket
1 1/2 pounds Green beans
6 Potato
peel/quarter
1/4 teaspoon Marjoram :
crumbled
Salt & pepper -- to taste
1- Wipe meat and place in large pot. Cover with about 2 cups water.
Vegetables may be added to the meat in a crock pot along with seasonings and the whole thing cooked 1O hours. 2- In a dutch oven, simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours before adding vegetables, then continue until potatoes are done. 3- In a pressure cooker, bring brisket, water and seasonings to 15 #
pressure and cook for 3O to 4O minutes. Reduce pressure under cold water, open cooker, add vegetables, cover, bring to 15# pressure and cook 5 minutes, reduce pressure again. However you cook it, remove meat, slice thinly on the diagonal, serve with green beans and potatoes drenched with cooking liquid. Do not thicken the natural gravy. It has a lovely flavor and should not be greasy. If your meat is not well trimmed, remove excess fat before cooking. Should you have leftovers, heat the remaining liquid and slice the meat for open face or French dip hot sandwiches.

SLOW COOKER COPYCAT CHIPOTLE BARBACOA

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs. beef chuck roast
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. dried leaf oregano (not ground)
½ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. ground cloves
2 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves minced
2 chipotle peppers minced(from a can of chipotle peppers)
1 Tbsp. adobo sauce (this is the sauce from the can of chipotle peppers)
½ cup water
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
5-quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot add the oil. Brown the chuck roast on all sides, then add the roast to the slow cooker
Sprinkle the roast with the salt, oregano, cumin and cloves. Add the bay leaves, minced garlic, minced chipotle peppers, and adobo sauce (that's from the can of peppers) on top the roast. Add the water around the sides of the roast.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours, without opening the lid during the cooking time.
When the roast is done cooking, remove and discard the bay leaves. Shred the meat with 2 forks. If the meat is really fatty, I do the shredding on a plate so I can pick out the fatty pieces and discard them. Add the shredded meat back into the juices in the slow cooker.
Serve and enjoy!

It's pretty hard to beat the comfort and satisfaction that you get from eating a bowl of beef curry, especially when the beef is tender, the creaminess of the sauce and the aroma from the spices.
INGRDIENTS
1 White Onions
30 g Ginger Slice
30 g Spring Onions
1/2 Red Onions
6 Cloves of Garlic
2 Potatoes
1 kg Beef Brisket
FOR THE OIL
Ginger Slice
2 pcs. Star Anise
2 pcs. Cinnamon Stick
Chopped Spring Onions
FOR THE SAUCE
Black Pepper
2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2-3 tbsp Curry Sauce
2-3 tbsp Chu Hou Paste
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
800 ml Boilong Water
800 ml Coconut Milk
3 tsp Brown Sugar
Fish Sauce
PROCEDURE
Peel and slice the onions and the ginger, wash and chop the spring onions, peel and mince the garlic.
Wash and chop the brisket into chunks. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the ginger, star anise, cinnamon and chopped spring onions for 5-8 mins. then take them out(keep the oil).
Sauté the red onions and minced garlic until fragrant. Add the chopped beef brisket sauté for 5 mins. Season with black pepper mix them together.
Add the seasoning, turmeric powder, curry sauce, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix them together.
Add 800 ml of boiling water and 800 ml coconut milk, then boil for 1hour over low heat( add the time if needed).Add the potatoes cook for 8 mins. Add the sliced white onions, season with fish sauce and brown sugar. simmer for 3 mins then serve with rice.
