Welcome back y'all! Today I'll be showing you how I make one of my favorites breakfast dishes. I remember the very first time I had skillet potatoes, my husband made then for me years ago and it was THE BOMB! If you love potatoes, then you'll love these. Very simple and beginner friendly.
5 Russet Potatoes
1/4 Onion- sliced
Salt to taste
Pepper
onion powder (optional)
paprika
parsley
thyme
3 tbsp oil (or more as needed)
2 tbsp unsalted butter (or more as needed)
3 tbsp Water
Season to your taste, I showed how to in the video. It's very easy, no measurements needed.

Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes (Home Fries)
These crispy seasoned air fryer breakfast potatoes feature a secret ingredient for extra flavorful home fries! Delicious, fast to make, and lighter on oil. This easy recipe is always a hit at the breakfast table. (Vegan, Gluten Free)
Recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️ or PRINT:
AIR FRYER BREAKFAST POTATOES
1½ lb potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet, see note 1)
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons dijon mustard (or grainy mustard)
1½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1. PREP: Dice potatoes into ½-inch cubes (1.3 cm). Add potatoes to a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and toss until well coated.
2. SEASON: Add dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly mixed.
3. BAKE: Spread seasoned potatoes into a single layer in an air fryer basket (see note 2). Bake in an air fryer (no need to preheat) at 400°F (200°C), until golden brown, about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. (Cooking time varies based on the size of the potatoes).
4. SERVE: Taste and season with more salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot, with sauce, if desired (see note 3).

Sauteed Potatoes. The best pan fried potatoes
In today's video, I'm going to show you how to fry potatoes in a pan (make sauteed potatoes).
Little cubes of seasoned crispy fried potatoes with a fluffy interior and a hint of garlic.
These sautéed potatoes take around 30 minutes, and they're a fantastic accompaniment to that special dinner. I particularly like them with creamy dishes like steak stroganoff or chicken in creamy white wine sauce for date night.

Ingredients:
120 ml vegetable oil
3 medium floury potatoes - approx. 700g or 1.5lbs- such as Maris Piper - peeled and chopped into 1 inch chunks
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
