How To make Bran& Apple Muffin
1 c "All Bran"
1/4 c Milk
1 c Baked apples
1/3 c Vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 1/2 c Flour
3 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 t Cinnamon
1/3 c Brown sugar
Mix bran, milk, apples, oil and egg. Mix in another bowl the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones; mix gently just enough to humidify. Bake 375F, 15-20 min. (You can add dry raisins and/or nuts
to the recipe if you like it!). Have fun!

APPLE CINNAMON PROTEIN MUFFIN RECIPE
2 cups rolled oats
1 apple, diced
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used whey)
4 egg whites
1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
2tbsp. turbinado sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. baking powder
Pinch of kosher salt
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Prepare a muffin pan by either brushing with each with a little coconut oil or spraying with some cooking spray.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Once everything is combined, divide evenly amongst 12-muffins.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
Makes 12 muffins.

A healthy, quick and easy recipe…apple juice????oat bran muffins. Absolutely no milk required for these muffins and they will come out so light and fluffy your tastebuds won't believe it!
Lana's Kitchen Secret Ingredient
Apple Juice Oat Bran Muffins (Walnuts Optional)
????Recipe????
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
1 cup organic whole grain oat bran
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsps cinnamon
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup apple juice (secret ingredient)
Then add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well
Finally add 1 large apple cut up
Now add walnuts (optional)
Put mixture into muffin tin
Bake for 20 minutes
Makes 12 muffins
