Recipe: Stuffed Carnival Squash with Vegies and Ground Beef
Hello my friends
welcome back to my channel.
Today I am sharing with you a versatile and super easy fall recipe with winter squash, vegies of choice and meat of choice.
Products you will need :
4 Winter Squashes( could be Carnival, Acorn, Butternut... etc. )
2 Garlic Cloves
1 big size carrot or two small ones
1 bunch of fresh onion
mushrooms
meat of choice ( ground beef, sausage..)
The meat is optional you can sub with rice or quinoa if you want your meal to be fully vegetarian !!
If you are going to use ground beef I highly recement using the spice Cumin with it. It definitely elevates the flavor of the meat !!
How to :
Wash, cut and scoop out the seeds of your squash.
Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper and back for 45 min on 400F.
Sautéed your vegies and you can add more different ones if you want to the ones I am using.
Add the ground beef( meat of choice) to the veggies.
Scoop your filling into your roasted squash, put a slice of chees on top back for few min, so the chees is melted and enjoy !!
20 Minutes Recipe -Ground Beef Noodles & Veggies-
On this video I will be showing you how to make a quick meal for your family. This recipe took 20 minutes total to cook. I called this Ground Beef Noodles & Veggies. It’s something simple but very delicious. Most of the ingredients are probably in your pantry or refrigerator already.
Ingredients:
2 small potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 big carrot, peeled and chopped
2 -3 tbsp of chopped fresh jalapeño
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cup Acorn squash
3 star anise
2 banana peppers
1 small onions chopped
1 tbsp garlic salt
1/2 - 1 cup water , add as you need it.
1 1/2 lbs ground meat of your choice
Salt & Black pepper to taste
1 big tomatoes or 2 medium size , chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
P.S I cooked or brown the meat in the pot with 1 cup of water because it was frozen.

STUFFED SQUASH | STUFFED ACORN SQUASH | HEALTHY FALL RECIPES
Stuffed squash, stuffed acorn squash is a yummy and healthy fall recipe. This stuffed acorn squash is stuffed with ground beef and rice. Carrots, spinach, cilantro, green peas are added to the stuffing too. All the favorite fall flavors come together in one dish! I used Jasmine rice in the stuffing because it is more aromatic but you can use white rice or brown rice instead. Easy stuffed squash is topped with cheese! The squash is baked in oven until tender, then cooked stuffing is added and baked again until cheese melted. This acorn squash stuffed with ground beef is perfect for lunch or healthy dinner. We make the dish with round tip steak, but you can use stewing beef or any cut of beef you wish. Just keep in mind that the better the cut of beef, the tenderer the meat will be. This is generally a rule of thumb when it comes to just about any meat. I also ensure that the meat is at room temperature before I start to work with it.
