1 c Sugar
3 tb Cornstarch
1 c Boiling water
4 Egg yolks, beaten slightly
2 tb Butter
4 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Salt
1 Lemon rind, grated
Combine sugar and cornstarch in top of double boiler. Add the water slowly, stirring until thick. Gradually add the egg yolks, butter, grated lemon rind, lemon juice and salt. Chicken pot pie soup is creamy, comforting, and hearty. This soup has all the comforts of Chicken Pot Pie without the effort of making the crust. We love this with freshly baked biscuits.

POT PIE SOUP INGREDIENTS:
►6 Tbsp unsalted butter
►1 medium yellow onion 1 cup chopped
►2 medium carrots thinly sliced into rings
►2 celery sticks finely chopped
►8 oz white or brown mushrooms sliced
►3 garlic cloves minced
►1/3 cup all-purpose flour
►6 cups chicken stock
►3-4 tsp salt (or to taste)
►1/2 tsp black pepper
►1 lb Yukon gold potatoes peeled and sliced into 1/4” thick pieces.
►5 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
►1 cup frozen peas
►1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
►1/2 cup whipping cream

Buko pie
Filling
360g. Young coconut meat
500ml. Water or 2 1/2cups
1/2cup Milk powder any brand
1/4tsp. Salt
1tsp. Vanilla
1cup. Corn starch
1/2 cup white sugar
For the Crust
500g. Bread flour/ APF
50g. Sugar or 1/4 cup
1/4tsp. Salt
100g. Vegetable shortening
150ml. Water or 3/4 cup
Pre heat oven for 160C'
And bake for 30-45 mins
Size pan #9
