Easy blueberry muffins recipe with blueberries, flour, sugar, vanilla, and vegetable oil. We’ve been making these blueberry muffins for years and are always happy that we did. ⬇️ Recipe Ingredients are below ⬇️
• 1 ½ cups (195 grams) all-purpose flour • 3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated sugar, plus 1 tablespoon for muffin tops • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt • 2 teaspoons baking powder • 1/3 cup (80 ml) neutral-flavored oil; canola, vegetable and grape seed are great • 1 large egg • 1/3 to 1/2 cup (80 ml – 120 ml) milk; dairy and non-dairy both work • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract • 6 to 8 ounces fresh or frozen blueberries; see note below about frozen berries (about 1 cup)

Healthy Blueberry Muffins???? This recipe is gluten-free, refined sugar-free & dairy-free! These muffins are so moist and super delicious???? • This recipe makes about 10 muffins • Ingredients 2 mashed bananas 2 eggs 1/4 cup peanut butter (60 ml) 1/3 cup gluten-free oat/almond flour (80 ml) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup blueberries fresh/frozen (240 ml) (I used wild blueberries) • 1. Mix the wet ingredients together 2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined 3. Fold in the blueberries 4. Spoon to muffin pan lined with muffin liners 5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 15-20 minutes 6. When the muffins have cooled a little bit, transfer them to a wire rack and let cool and enjoy! Super Moist Blueberry Cupcakes | No Egg No Milk No Butter Cake
Cupcake without egg / Cupcake without Milk / Cupcake without Butter. Eggless Blueberry Muffins. VEGAN BLUEBERRY CUPCAKES, easy to makes and loaded with blueberries. They are made with simple ingredients and are perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea or anytime of the day. Makes 6 cupcakes.
✅ Ingredients: 1/2 cup (100 g) Superfine Sugar 1/4 cup (60 ml) Water 1/4 cup (60 ml) Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp (15 ml) Vanilla Extract 1 cup (150 g) Fresh or Frozen Blueberries 1 cup (140 g) All-Purpose Flour 1 ½ tsp (6 g) Baking Powder
Bake at 350oF (180oC), rack middle position, 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the middle of cake comes out clean.
* It is very important to PREHEAT the oven. Bake when oven reaches the right temperature. * All oven are not the same. If toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean, cake is done. * Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients until JUST combined and dry flour is no longer visible. Do not overmix the batter or the cake will be dense.
