3 lg Egg whites 2 lg Eggs 1 c All-purpose flour 1 c Nonfat milk 2 tb Granulated sugar 2 ts Vanilla 1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Butter or margarine 3 1/2 c Raspberries, strawberries, -blueberries, or a combo 1/4 ts Cinnamon Blend together the egg whites, eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Melt butter in a 10- to 12-inch nonstick ovenproof frying pan in a 425 degree oven. Tilt the pan to coat it evenly. Pour the batter into the pan and bake until puffy and well-browned (about 25 minutes). In a bowl, combine the berries and cinnamon. Berry Dutch Baby ???? Quick and Easy Pancake Recipe #shorts
*Ingredients:*
• 2+2 tbsp of butter • 110 ml of milk • 65 grams of flour • 4 eggs • 40-45 grams of sugar • 1/2 tsp of vanillin • 1/4 tsp of salt • 150 g berries (the video shows currants) • powdered sugar
*Cooking method:*
1. Place a cast iron pan over low heat. And turn the oven on to 220°C (about 450°F).
2. In a blender, mix together 2 tbsp of butter, milk, flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth.
3. Place 2 tbsp of butter in a heated pan. Increase heat to medium. Melt the butter and add the berries, sprinkle with sugar if they are sour. Shake the pan a little and pour in the batter. And immediately remove the pan to the preheated oven. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
