How To make Berry Dutch Baby
3 lg Egg whites
2 lg Eggs
1 c All-purpose flour
1 c Nonfat milk
2 tb Granulated sugar
2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Butter or margarine
3 1/2 c Raspberries, strawberries,
-blueberries, or a combo 1/4 ts Cinnamon
Blend together the egg whites, eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Melt butter in a 10- to 12-inch nonstick ovenproof frying pan in a 425 degree oven. Tilt the pan to coat it evenly. Pour

Introducing your new favourite weekend treat: a blueberry Dutch baby. What is a Dutch baby? Imagine a pancake fell in love with a soufflé, and they had a super fluffy baby. To this beautiful thing, we’ve added warm blueberries Perfect for breakfast, brunch, dessert, tea time – any time really.

Preheat oven to 200°C. In a blender, combine 2 large free range eggs, 105 ml cream and 1Ž2 cup milk. Add 70 g flour, 1Ž4 cup sugar and a pinch of salt. Blend to form a batter. Heat a cast iron pan on a medium to high heat. Melt 40 g butter, then when it starts to bubble and foam, add all of your batter. As soon as the batter starts to bubble on the sides put into a hot oven immediately and bake for 20–25 minutes until fluffy and golden. To make the saucy blueberries, heat 360 g Flavourburst™ blueberries with 3–5 tablespoons sugar in a saucepan over high heat for 2–3 minutes. Add a splash of water and simmer for 1–2 minutes, or until the berries start bursting. Drizzle the blueberries over the Dutch baby. Sprinkle with icing sugar, add a scoop of double thick cream and enjoy immediately, while hot.

Dutch Baby with Berries????
Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 ml milk
110 g flour
30 g unsalted butter
Salt
Vanilla sugar
Berries of your choice
Powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 220°C and place a skillet in the oven to heat up.
Meanwhile, mix together the eggs and milk using a whisk.
Sift in the flour, add a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar if desired, and mix until well combined.
Remove the hot skillet from the oven and add the butter to melt, making sure to coat the entire surface of the skillet.
Pour in the batter and return the skillet to the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
Once done, remove the skillet from the oven and top the pancake with berries and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Oat Milk Dutch Baby with Strawberries and Rhubarb - Food Wishes Mother's Day Special!
I wanted to sneak in a Mother’s Day friendly video recipe before the big day, but instead of something new and exciting, and decided to go with something old and exciting, in the form of this Dutch Baby experiment. Well, it’s actually three Dutch Baby experiments, so maybe this is new and exciting after all. Enjoy!
There will be no fully formatted, printable, written recipe on Allrecipes for this experiment, but here are the ingredients and basic instructions:
Ingredients for 1 Oat Milk Dutch Baby:
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, or 1/8 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup oat milk
- Place in cold oven and set heat to 500 F. and timer to 25 minutes. Start checking at 20 minutes, but let bake until very well-browned before removing. Serve immediately.
For the Strawberry and Rhubarb topping (Makes enough for 2 Dutch Babies):
1 1/2 cups quartered strawberries, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons sugar, divided
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup sliced rhubarb
1/4 cup water
- Macerate strawberries with 1 tablespoon of the sugar, plus the lemon zest and juice.
- Cook rhubarb with water and remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar until soft and syrupy. Let cool before adding to berries.
