3 c Flour, unsifted 3 3/4 ts Baking powder 2 1/4 ts Salt 1 tb Honey 12 oz Beer Grease 9x5x3" loaf pan. Combine flour, beer, and honey in large bowl, stir together until well mixed. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350f for 45 min or until browned and a wooden pick comes out clean. Turn out on rack. Cool before slicing.

This beer bread recipe is the easiest way to make homemade bread
INGREDIENTS
Flour 400 g
Oat flakes 60 g
Beer 250 ml
Olive oil 25 ml
Sugar 10 g
Salt 5 g
Yeast 14 g
METHOD
In a bowl pour the beer, add in sugar and yeast mix it well. Add in the flour, salt and oil, mix it with your hand. Add in oat flakes and mix again. Cover and leave for 2 hours.
Transfer the dough to a prepared baking pan and sprinkle with the flour. Leave for 2 hours more.
Bake at 200 ‘C (390’F) for 5 minutes and at 180 ‘ C (370’F) for 20-25 minutes.

SIMPLE BEER BREAD 3 cups of all purpose flour or self-rising flour (sifted, optional) 3 tsp baking powder (omit if using self-rising flour) 1 tsp salt (omit if using self-rising flour) ¼ cup sugar 1 12oz can or 12oz bottle of beer ¼ cup of melted butter (½ stick)
Preheat oven to 375 deg. Mix the dry ingredients and the beer. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Now pour the melted butter over the mixture. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Bread will be firm to the touch when done. Crust will be crunchy and buttery. Let stand in the pan for 5 minutes then remove from pan and allow to cool on a reck for another 10 minutes before slicing.
